Very friendly and clean neighborhood location - ate here 2 days in a row. When I visited them the second day, the guy behind the counter smield in recognition. The place was very clean - tables wiped down quickly, no trash lingering around etc. I always get the veggie with easy cheese and easy mayo. Nothing different this time - my sandwich was always well out together (no oodles of avo squeezing out from the sides) and tasted delicious! I ordered off the app and paid the total and tip with Apple Pay. In the order selection, I selected LEAVE DELIVERY AT FRONT DOOR in all caps. I chose this option for a reason. I knew that I would still be caring for a newborn and unable to answer the door. When they arrived, they knocked on the door three times, with breaks between each group of knocks, and stood at the door for about 6 minutes. With each group of knocks getting louder. My husband, who just fell asleep, heard it from our bedroom and got so angry that he rushed to the door but the guy had already left. They either forgot or ran out of the chips I picked, so I don't know if they needed to tell me that, but they handled it the wrong way. Recommend a customer service course to employees! read more

HOLY SMOKES!! This location ROCKS!! The store is always SUPER clean, so clean you could probably eat off the floor and be just fine. The staff is always instantly at attention for you the second you walk in. Every time I've gone I feel like a valued customer, and the service is Blazingly fast... I'm honestly shocked at how fast they can prepare your order, its like they are racing each other to put up the fastest time or something. I've never waited more then 2 minutes for any order i've placed, and really 2 minutes is pushing it, its more like 45 seconds. The food is always crazy fresh, I order Unwiches with Tuna quite often and they are so good I really have to keep coming back. Do yourself a favor if you want a great deli sandwich, come to Jimmy Johns on Creswell and order.... also dont forget to get a pickle! read more

If I could give this place -5 stars I would. No masks while preparing food. Only one sandwich maker has gloves and he's not the one putting the sandwich together, he's the one handing them off. My husband was introduced to this place by our daughter. He brought me the other day. I ordered the 8" roast beef sub. It was fresh and delicious. The roast beef was medium rare, cooked with just the right amount of flavor. The bread was absolutely perfect because it was similar to a traditional Italian bread and freshly baked. A real cut above Subway. I was surprised and delighted. Prices similar to any upscale sandwich shop in town. Music was a bit too loud but got turned down when asked. read more

They certainly live up to the hype! Fast and delicious! Now, I've always been an avid fan of subway. But jimmy Johns is faster, fresher, and Colder as all their subs are served cold! I love that! Their veggie sub which is stuffed with tomatoes and lettuce and avocados and cheese, is to die for. I've always been a fan of meat on my subs. But that veggie sub fills me up! And it's so delicious!
