    Filet with loaded mashed potatoes
    Brandi B.

We tried this restaurant out for the first time for my husband's birthday. We visited on a Friday night, so there was live music, which was nice. We were seated quickly, even as a party of 5. We found out they do take reservations, but not online - you have to call. The kids ordered pizzas (2 ordered from the kids menu - cheese pizza- and one from the regular menu -Margherita Pizza ). They all enjoyed their pizza. I ordered a Watermelon Basil drink (delicious!! Light and refreshing!) and my husband ordered a ranch water. For the appetizer, we had the spinach and artichoke dip, which was great. For entrees, I had the crab cakes with a side Caesar and veggies. My husband ordered the filet, Caesar salad, and the loaded mashed potatoes. We both enjoyed the Caesar salad (lots of Parmesan!), but we did not like the veggies or potatoes. The veggies seemed like they were from a bag of frozen vegetables. The mashed potatoes were dry and too salty. The filet was delicious and cooked as requested (medium rare). The crab cakes were good, but a little spicy for my taste. I liked that they did not scrimp on the crab like some places do (by mixing in lots of filler). I think I would try the pasta if I returned. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful, and my husband got to choose a free dessert for his birthday. He chose the brownie, which was a generous portion that we were all able to share. It was delectable! I think I would come back again to try out their Zydeco breakfast, which they are known for. It seems like a great place to meet up with friends for drinks, live music and a little Cajun dancing on a Friday or Saturday night too. PS - They offer a 4% discount if you pay in cash.

Absolutely ridiculous!!! Zero care in the world for mobile orders to-go!! Zero!! This isn't the first time that I'm reviewing this restaurant and it deserves negative stars! We eat inside pretty often and are happy with the food and service, but EVERY SINGLE TIME that we order to-go - the food tastes and looks like the bottom of your feet after a 21 mile hike!! This is ridiculous and the absolute last time that we ever order to-go food.

Seated right away. Waited on right away. Ordered side salad. Served with rotten small tomatoes. Grilled chicken plate was bland and dry as were the sweet potato fries and veggies. Pizza wasn't bad but it was dry as well needed more sauce. The highlight was the bread that came on the salad. After we told the waitress the grilled chicken was not good, the fries were bland as were the veggies, and she could see the wife was no longer eating it after a few bites, she apologized but when the bill came, she charged full price. So just beware. We will not return.

The food was very tasty! Portions were generous! The waiter was young and inexperienced with very little energy or initiative. A cute little restaurant with a small bar. It's pretty because it used to be the local car repair or auto mechanic shop back in the day and they've kept the big garage door ! The food is reasonably priced. We ordered the garlic bites with marinara, club sandwich with fries (delicious but the menu says Texas toast and it was actually thin sandwich bread), the B&J burger which was very good and giant (only $10.99!), and the Pasta Breaux Bridge (chicken & tasso cream sauce & penne pasta). The pasta was good, but we expected a little more of it for $17. The house salad was fresh! Overall, we had a great experience!

Wanted something different from my usual go to restaurant when I'm in town visiting my mom. Restaurant is in a cute old brick building with tons of metal signs. Service was excellent. It was refreshing to be seated promptly and greeted within 5 min of sitting down. I'm so used to staffing shortages and slow service. I started off with soup of day, corn and crab chowder. It was delicious and the roasted corn is a nice touch. I ordered the Étouffée/fried fish wrap with French fries and my mom ordered the special which was Étouffée and fried fish over a bed of rice with a roll and potato salad. They were basically the same dish but we loved them both. We ended our dinner with bobash cake. It was so good it reminded me of a little debbies Swiss cake roll. Will definitely keep this place in mind when I'm town.

Food was mediocre at best. Very small servings. Not enough wait staff. Definitely not worth the money...

We were seated at a table for two and started with fresh bread and butter. I had an Old Fashioned and my wife ordered a glass of Pocketbook wine. Both were excellent. For an appetizer we ordered the stuffed mushrooms and they were outstanding. Easily one of the highlights of the meal. They were so good that the staff brought us additional bread to enjoy with the white cheese sauce, which was a great touch. For our entrées my wife had the shrimp and pesto lasagna. It was well prepared and flavorful. I ordered the special, ossobuco, and it was very good. Tender, rich, and cooked exactly the way it should be. What really stood out was the service. Both the chef and the manager stopped by our table to check on us and make sure everything was satisfactory. That level of attention does not go unnoticed. We were full by the end but still ordered tiramisu to go and were glad we did. Bottom line, small space, big flavors, and service that shows pride in the food. Antoni's earns a full five stars and we will absolutely be back.

Our server went over the specials without looking at notes and went into extensive detail of each dish. She also took our order without writing anything down. We started with crabcakes as an appetizer and it was phenomenal and I am picky about my crabcakes. My boyfriend ordered lobster ravioli it was okay, not something I would order again, but the star of the show was the highly recommended special which was red snapper topped with sautéed crawfish over a pesto cream sauce. They gave a generous portion. I brought the rest home as leftovers and our server even gave me bread in my to go bag. Compared to my meal from two years ago, this was a huge improvement. I'm not sure if they have a new chef or if the previous one has simply stepped up their game, but whatever changed, it worked. The food came out nice and hot, and everything was on point. My waitress was engaging and attentive without being overbearing, which made the experience even better. It's the kind of place you go for a nice dinner, date night, or when you just want to slow down and enjoy a full meal. The Eats We started with drinks - my husband had The Italiano, which was smooth and well-balanced, and I went with a Hedges Family Wine, which paired nicely with dinner. For the meal: My husband had a house salad and the pan-seared fish, which was cooked well and complemented by the kind of rich, flavorful sauces they're known for. I went with the wedge salad and the surf & turf, and listen...this is where they shine. The surf & turf is a standout - steak paired with seafood and a bold, flavorful sauce that leans into that fusion they're known for. Everything came out well-prepared, plated nicely, and felt like a complete dining experience rather than just a quick meal. The Service Service was attentive and polished without being overbearing. Drinks stayed filled, courses came out at a comfortable pace, and the staff made sure everything flowed smoothly. It matched the overall feel of the restaurant - thoughtful and consistent. Parting Thoughts Between the cocktails, the wine, and standout dishes like the surf & turf, it delivers a well-rounded experience.
