If I could give it negative stars, I would. I ordered online to pick up in store. It's not like there was miscommunication. Food was lukewarm and half my order was wrong. My power bowl didn't have any beans or guacamole. I ordered a large ice tea and they didn't even bother telling me they were out when we picked up the order. We happened to notice they didn't give us our drink. Then they gave us two choices. Of course the one we chose they were also out of. Our cinnamon twists tasted bitter like they were fried in rancid oil. Food aside, the employee we talked to walked out the door, immediately spat on the floor, and started smoking right by the door. First of all i just wanna thank the staff for being professional. The reason being is because i had a bad experience in the past when i ordered 12 tacos an the majority of them were barely filled up. When i pay for a taco i should get a whole taco, not a taco an one half. Well Miss Nicole stepped in an fixed all my tacos professionally an had all the lettuce an cheese perfectly in place. ive always found this taco bell to be a hit or miss, honestly....but the staff has been super friendly lately and they havent been messing up my orders so far which is great!! their bathrooms are always clean as well. i hate using public toilets but at least these were clean! read more

***** THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT MANAGEMENT RESPONDING TO CUSTOMER CALLS ***** We didn't eat here but were thinking of eating. While transiting from Dallas to New Orleans, we decided to eat something before it gets too late. Our group decided to have some mexican food and we all wanted to eat at a local restaurant. Opelousas city was on our way but we were 10-12 miles away from it. I gave a call to few local mexican restaurants and all of them were closing at 10pm. It was highly improbable for us to reach there in time. So we all decided to go with Taco bell. Generally people have eaten at taco bell so we knew what kind of food to expect. I searched for it on yelp and this place showed up. I gave a call to them to enquire about the timings and they mentioned that dine-in was open till 12am and drive thru was open till 1am. We finalized the place and continued driving. This place is not far from the exit and its an easy drive. I am sure the food here will be same as other Taco bells. I have no idea about the food and customer service. However, the management is quick to respond to enquiry calls and promptly answers the questions. read more

Yesterday was the second time I got breakfast at the drive thru. Ordered the breakfast box with the Cinnamon Bon Iced Coffee. Another Nasty Screw up Coffee. I asked the lady at the window if she could put extra cinnabon she told me" I already put three" where in her mouth cause it was watery no taste, not sweet Blane. Good thing I had a Rootbeer kool-aid pack I added that to drink. If I wouldn't have been in a rush or inside eating I would have brought it back. Friendly staff, great customer service. I haven't had a problem with this Taco Bell and I've been going here for years! The food is always hot, fresh , and delicious. The chalupas and cheesy Gordita crunches are amazing! They always have a $5 cravings box which I LOVE. A few times I have ordered no tomatoes still gotten tomatoes but other than that, that is really the only negative thing I can say about this place. read more

Absolutely the most horrible customer service regularly. Not one BUT TWICE when THEY have left something out of our order BUT CHARGED US FOR IT and we have returned to get it BECAUSE WE WERE CHARGED FOR IT, THEY ACCUSED US OF LYING AND DID NOT WANT TO GIVE US OUR FOOD. Last night my husband went in around 10:40 to get something for a late dinner after he got off work. He did not use the drive through but went inside to order. He stood there for an hour after he ordered watching people that came in after him receive their food first. When asked what he needed HE TOLD THEM HIS ORDER. THEY ADMITTED TO FORGETTING HIS ORDER. It still took them 20 minutes to put it together. May I mention that meanwhile the whole crew is just screwing off. Then the manager hands him the bags and as he asks if that's everything she tells him THATS WHAT YOU'RE GONNA GET! When he gets the food home and we go through it we are missing 3 ITEMS THAT WE PAID FOR NOT TO MENTION THAT EVERYTHING ELSE IS WRONG!!!!!!! I am so sick of this place and the fact that their management could care less that this is how it is ran. Also of note they screwed up the order of the man in front of my husband and argued with the customer that he needs to keep the order because refunding it and remaking it was too much of a hassle.
