The Manadarin in North Bay (who; how they got rights to the name still baffles me) is a locally owned and operated restaurant which has a sit-down area and also offers take-out. The one waitress they do have (the times I've been) is an older woman (one of the owners). Which is not any problem I'm just trying to make it clear how it differentiates from a real Mandarin restaurant. She has always been very pleasant though (I'll give her that much). The food is always good. The place is always clean. We have never had any disgusting surprises(unlike some other Chinese food places). A salad with a fried egg which is something neither of us had before and a pizza.
