Came for the pizza buffet now that there are weekend hours. The young gentlemen helping us was great, even with it being a buffet he came around to make sure we had drinks and sauces. There was a decent crowd, not busy by any means. I also loved the old stained glass Pizza Hut lights in the restaurant. I was surprised with the options: salad, dessert, pasta, and breadsticks are included with the pizzas. Now for the downfall: when we arrived, there was only 2 slices of cheese left. One of which I grabbed. Of the ~10 pizzas available, only one was meat-less (a half veg, half cheese). Shortly after arriving, three fresh pizzas came out, none of them being cheese or the half cheese option. I asked the kind gentleman if any meatless ones would be coming out, and he said yes, the next one out would be cheese. Now whether the next one out was cheese or not, I'm not sure. After over 40 minutes, no new pizzas at all have come out. Just some breadsticks and lettuce for the salad bar. I was pleased to see the variety offered, yet something I would consider a staple was no where to be seen. A family with several young kids was also waiting, as their kids pleaded for cheese pizza. Pizza Hut- thank you for the array of meat filled combinations on your buffet table, but don't forget that some people enjoy a classic cheese pizza. read more

Always go to this Pizza Hut in Muncie. Always a great experience. Tonight there was a mistake with the delivery. Couldn't get it resolved over the phone but drove in and spoke to the manager. He heard me & knows I go here regularly. He apologized profusely and made the experience right. Can't go wrong with the pan pizza! read more

If I could give -10 star, i would ! ordered a pick up order & paid for my order AT THE STORE in the drive thru . I ended getting charged 3 TIMES. I called Pizza Hut & Pizza Hut corporate multiple times and everything. Showed them proof of the multiple charges. They claimed they would handle it but nothing ever happened. The staff and food of this Pizza Hut is amazing. We started getting lunch again when they have had their personal pan pizza sale. The store has been slammed each week we have came and the staff has been their butts off to get all the food made while also greeting us when we walk in and being super nice! This is our new Pizza place. The decor has been refreshed and it is very clean. The manager cares so much for the store and gives great customer service. My pizza was the style I like and tasted better than pizzas I've had recently. They serve pasta that is oven baked. They carry Pepsi products but the iced tea is very good. Ordered an 18 dollar large taco pizza. It has half the toppings, was missing some toppings, they handed it to me like this thinking it was fine. I demanded a new pizza. They then told me after it was made they were out of lettuce. Fine...at this point I don't care. Took the new pizza home. It was under cooked and not even cut. Do not go to this Pizza Hut. My 6 year old so loves Pizza Hut! It's his favorite pizza and he loves his pizza. The food is always good and hot and the delivery is fast. The delivery staff are alway very nice and friendly. Good portions for good prices also. Just don't like the delivery charge leaves me not much more money for a tip and I feel bad but I can't pay 4$ delivery and a tip sorry! read more

The 2 for $5 special was GREAT! We dined in and Aiden was An amazing server/host. Our one topping pizza and two orders of bread sticks were fresh, hot, and D-lish-us!!!! The tables and floor were clean, the buffet was fresh looking, and Aiden was attentive to everyone during lunch rush. I was a bit apprehensive about this location because of the prior reviews. Had the worst experience with this Pizza Hut. Ordered two pizzas. Went to pick up my pizzas and was told that the card machine wasn't working. Ok. Not something within your control I understand but you get every ounce of information from me aside from my blood type and could have called me to let me know. My bank is down Mcgalliard Rd on a busy Friday evening. 20 minute round trip later I return hoping that there would be an apology or even acknowledge that my pizza will now be cold. I get home with my pizza...and it was not completely cooked. I get pizza here often. I'm not sure with the other pizza options that I will be back in the future. read more

We ordered one stuffed crust pizza to share for our table and an order of breadsticks. The breadsticks were a bit hard, but that seems to be normal for pizza hut. We watched other bigger groups come in, get their food, and begin to eat before we were informed our pizza wasn't even in the oven yet. We also witnessed a worker talk to a table for thirty plus minutes. It said on the menu our pizza would be 10 plus a 2 dollar upcharge for stuffed crust. Somehow with our promise of a discount for our wait, the pizza alone was 19 dollars. Our server was very nice, just not backed by a speedy staff. read more

I specifically created a Yelp account in order to review this Pizza Hut location. The service was extremely poor. The waitress was rude, charged us for food she did not bring out, and was extremely slow. We were the only people in the restaurant, but the whole meal ended up taking over an hour for two small pizzas. We believe they treated us poorly because we came in at a later hour, but it was in no way right before they closed (we showed up at 10:30 and they close at midnight on Sundays). On top of this, the food they did bring was cold, they were out of Pepsi (how is that even possible, especially on such a slow night), and out of to go cups (which very well could have been a load of bologna). These things, although annoying, were not the issue. It was the rude treatment we received by the staff. We still tipped 20% in the spirit of taking the high road, but I would never recommend this location to anyone. At least not until they learn to treat customers with some respect. read more
