This was my first trip to a Taco John's in years and I'm so happy with it. Between the three of us, we each tried something different and we were all thrilled with our choices. And the potato ole's... yummo!!! Best of all: the employees! I'd drive right back to South Dakota from Florida, to experience that wonderful service again-such nice, nice helpful guys... efficient and friendly. They weren't put out at all by us getting there so close to closing time. And you could tell they like their work. We didn't get inside on this visit, but next time we will. This location is conveniently located and it's easy to navigate the drive-thru. It was also good value for money. Thanks Milbank Taco John's and staff!

Dakota Drive In fit the bill! My order was a burger, fries, jalapeño poppers and a hot dog. The hot dog was okay. It would not be the reason for my return. It was fine but didn't stand out. Same with the cream cheese filled poppers. Personally I prefer cheddar filled but cream cheese is definitely more prevalent. The burger, however, excellent. Charred, juicy, medium well and a soft bun. Just outstanding in taste and texture. The shoestring fries were hot, crunchy and delightful. The kid taking my order was polite, prompt and friendly. A definitely plus. There's picnic table seating outside (it really is an old school drive in!) but I had mine to go. The menu is enormous so my next time through I'll have a burger, fries and try something else as well!

It is absolutely ridiculous - if you order online and it tells you a time to pick it up, it SHOULD BE READY to pick up at that time!
