Franchisee needs to step in and fix this location. Seems that they get swamped with Doordash and mobile orders; which overwhelms the kitchen and dine in customer get impacted. If kitchen gets backed up, shift manager needs to shut down door dash orders; that's possible. Manager needs to prioritize dine in service. Instead everyone ends up waiting.
