Stood by the counter waiting for a very long time just to ketchup. Maybe have some out for guests. No sauce packets that we ordered with chicken nuggets so had to wait again. The. Went to eat my burger and there was not a patty. There was another lady waiting at the counter with the same problem. First off the staff was super uninviting and very scary looking one had green hair and looked very upset. Our meal was so booty. Fry's where undercooked my chem sandwich was over cooked my friend didn't get the burger he wanted and if that wasn't bad enough it was bright red inside. My other friend got a filet o'fish which was fine because how can u mess up a filet o'fish and my other friends sprite tasters like lemon water. We ordered it to go and the gave it to us for dine in which took them another 5 minutes just to pack after waiting for 10 when they barely had any customers. This has to be the most inept store in the entire chain. Always slow, orders are never correct, staff is disgusting half the time.

This location was the absolute worse experience I've had at a Macdonald, waited in the lobby for 25 minutes, got sick of waited so asked someone if they could help us and was told they would get to me when they got to me, very rude and unprofessional people, if your short staffed say that don't make someone wait 30 minutes. Let me begin by saying i have been to many Mcdonald's locations in my days all over the USA.. Minnesota, Florida, New York, Tennessee, California and many more. I have never experienced a location as bad as your Montevideo, MN location on Hwy. 7, The wait times are excruciating. The Atmosphere of the restaurant is not inviting, friendly and by any means the definition of fast. I've gave this place many chances over the past year and it does not get any better and i can say with all honesty i will never be bringing my family to this restaurant again in fact i would rather drive 45 minutes out of my way to Wilmar, MN to have a better experience and food that is at temp not undercooked not something that was left out for 35 to 45 minutes and than served to a customer because you didn't waste it like you were suppose to i've experienced both situations. I've waited 27 minutes yes i timed it for a 6 pc chicken nugget and a large drink i get to the window on many occasions and i am always 9 times out of 10 pulled forward and waiting sometimes not a big deal but when i want something quick on my lunch break there is not many options in this town and in knowing that your staff and management should work a little harder at being more accomanding to that fact. None of your "Managers" if you can even call them that know what they are doing they don't seem to be in it for the right reasons, it comes off as if it is just a paycheck to them. I have complained many times due to forgotten items in my bag that i had to drive all the way back for only to get a sorry about that and the window closes and or they walk away from the counter because they either A. are not trained to handle the situation or B. they just don't want to which is not acceptable i don't believe i have ever been compensated for anything by this restaurant or had the situation "Made right." At this point i believe corporate needs to step in and "Clean House" this location needs a lot of attention and employees needs to be retrained and know how to push orders accurately fast and friendly. I expect a welcoming positive atmosphere with smiles on team members faces when i walk into a Mcdonalds i believe that's what this business was based upon. As for the Management if it your job to work together as a "TEAM" and train your staff to be synchronized to enforce speed of service i know it is possible i've seen. I've worked at many restaurants in my life such has outback steak house, and hell's kitchen. This isn't hard to figure house i don't believe i have ever heard one time "come on guys lets get caught up" or a drive a motivation to your crew its almost like Ya'll are dragging on dragging your feet with no drive in your movement during a slow time and or a rush get it together folks its fast food its not difficult read more
