Finally they finished their conversation and one of them asked us what we wanted, with no smile or welcome attitude. We ordered 2 blizzards and went and sat down and waited about 10 minutes and finally got up to check on our order. The place was not busy at all and everyone else had their food already. When we finally got asked again what we wanted, my blizzard had been made and was put in the freezer. My husbands blizzard had not yet been made. Their was a young man who finally made it and when he handed it to me, it was dripping over the side and looked like a glass of melted mess. There is no way he could have tipped that over like he was supposed to because it would have all plopped on to the counter, which is what I should have done at the time. I gave it to my husband and he got his hands totally messy because it was so melted and drippy. The service was very slow and when I told the guy that, he just looked at me and said in a sarcastic voice, "Oh, sorry". We will not be returning to this DQ in the future. You need to train your employees how to make Blizzards and to have some welcoming smiles and manners if they expect people to return.
