Like, authentic great. I'm from a town of 50,000 that has 4 restaurants that claim to be Mexican. None are even close to the quality and authenticity of this joint. The fried ice cream is also great. Another plus: very clean place. There's several condiment bottles on the table. All were spotless. No crusty junk under or around the caps. No greasy hand smears on the outside of the bottles. The people here care.

The people behind the counter kind of looked at me funny but I really wanted some good authentic Mexican food. I figured with four stars it must not be too bad. I ask the young lady if this was the Mexican restaurant and she led me to a table. She set me down and I asked for water with lemon a few minutes later she brought me water with lime LOL it was good though! I like lime as well. I was assuming there was a bit of a communication gap between us. I am however, trying to learn Spanish. She brought me chips and salsa the chips for a tad stale and the salsa had way too much cilantro in it for my liking. But I completely distain cilantro so I am a bad opinion on their salsa. When I asked for guacamole she brought me a bowl and luckily there was no cilantro in it. It was one of the best guacs I've had at any restaurant! It only took about 15 minutes to get my burrito. I'm not gonna lie when she brought it to me, it looked more like a sandwich wrap ‍not at all what I was expecting. I'm not gonna lie though it was by far one of the best burritos I've ever eaten. So big I could only eat half of it but it reheated nicely the next day!! I'll be back for sure
