Ordered the big pizza box online with 2 pizzas, pasta and breadsticks with sauce. Paid for the order to be delivered. We received our order without the dipping sauce for the bread. I called the restaurant and asked if it was supposed to be included, which they said it was. I asked if it could be sent out to us since it was their mistake. I was placed on hold for a long period of time (about 7 minutes according to my phone call time). They finally came back on the lone and said it would be delivered shortly. The delivery person arrived a short time later with a small container barely filled half way. Super disappointed that I waited for sauce that my family could only use for 2 and a half breadsticks. Order from this pizza a few time, pick-up and delivery. The staff is always very nice and will let you know your pizza might be cheaper ordering online. Today I had the pizza delivered and it arrived very hot and fresh! Like we were the only people ordering pizza tonight!! I'm not much of a fan of Pizza Hut but this location is very dependable, fast and reasonably priced whenever we want something quick and simple. I tried ordering online. After submitting my order, I realized that I forgot to request for thin crust pizza. I called them right away and was put on hold. After 2 minutes, I was put on the phone and was told that they couldn't fix my order because it was an online order and that I should've called sooner. I hung up and was very angry. I called back and asked to talk to the manager and then found out that the person who helped me was the manager. I asked why they couldn't fix my order and was told that I should've called sooner if I wanted to a make a change. I look at my date stamp for my order and my phone log. I asked the manager, you mean to tell me that calling you right away and talk to you 2 minutes after my order was not soon enough? He couldn't answer me on that one. I told that crap manager that I wouldn't be coming in for the pizza since he didn't want to help me. Can't believe that when they mess up, they expect us to be forgiving, but when we as customer mess up, can't even have the decency to provide that customer service. Obviously 2 minutes is not soon enough. And those 2 minutes were because THEY put me on hold. I complained and the district manager reached out to me offering me a store credit, but who wants to go back after being treated like that. I'm a firm believer that if employees know who you are and don't like you - that free item may come with other free stuff. read more

I'm so disappointed in the service I received tonight. We ordered pizzas for delivery, and when we received them, the driver identified that the order on the ticket didn't match the order received. My 9yr old son is upset because he's hungry. Then we are told we can keep the incorrect order, because of the mistake, just to have the supervisor Sergio call us and say that it had to be returned. So now we have waited an additional 45mins still waiting on the correct order and the wrong order just sitting on my counter. Our compensation is a 2liter soda. I used to work for a pizza company, and the wrong order that we received that is just sitting on my counter getting cold, will either be provided to an employee to take home & eat, or thrown away. While my son is STILL waiting to eat. Never ordering from here again! "Update" Manager Sergio just put our order in ...still now almost an hr later, to say that the order will be delivered in 20mins. He stated that he was waiting to get a call from the other customers who's order we received. Now that is some BS! We told him we need to feed my son and then he said we can keep it. As soon as I get his name, I'm making a formal complaint. This is beyond how business should be handled. Especially for a restaurant that prides on their customer service. "FINAL UPDATE" It has now been over 2hrs since we ordered the original pizza and again it's wrong. Our order is not complete and it's missing their "complementary soda. I called and spoke to Sergio and he refused to refund me for my order of $26.97 unless I returned it untouched to the store first. I have contacted corporate regarding the matter. read more

I should have checked Yelp before deciding where to order Pizza but instead i just jumped online and tried to order pizza for my kid who was starving but wanting to finish watching a game at McNamara Park. Being a working mother I could not attend the game but was happy to see I could still order online and put notes who to look for and where. They even offered text message updates and I was able to include a tip..... sounds good until the part comes where the text message updates are not accurate at all, the driver calls but didn't leave a message... so I had no idea it was them and then they cancel the order!! Contacted the manager who basically tries to make it my fault!! I will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again. Absolutely terrible service all the way around. This is by far the worst service I have received or seen from any pizza hut. I called in on 4/11 to make a carryout order, was put on hold, and then set in an order at 6:15pm ($10 box) and the receiver: Erik picked up. He took my order- I had to repeat my name 3 times. When I got into the store, I went to the cashier (Leticia) to pay for my order. After paying, she said that there is still another 5-15 minute wait. That's fine, so I waited. (keep in mind that I got into the store at 6:30) A filipino family comes in to order pizza and the cashier did not have a penny cents of patience. She was rude to the customer, nonetheless pushy. After a 30 minute wait, I went to the cashier and asked how much longer it will take. She said another 23 minutes. I told her I called in at 6ish and surprisingly, my name was written as : LIBIAN. This Merced Pizza Hut on Olive Ave. doesn't give a damn about their customers. Ordered a Pan Pizza. It was made incorrectly (NOT a pan pizza), the toppings were skimpy, and the whole pizza was undercooked and doughy. If you call to complain, all they want to do is argue. I sent an email to the owner and got no response, and it took the main manager 6 days to return my multiple phone calls. They also lie to you and tell you it's impossible for them to issue refunds. Funny, because I've never heard of a company that can't issue refunds. I found the owner's email on YELP. He never responded, and the store REFUSED to give me his name, phone number, or to have him call me. And when I called their customer service number, nobody answers. They put you on hold forever. Went on a whim to order a c/o before 4pm yesterday that included a pasta, the guys that worked there were great, friendly, made suggestions to the order that worked out. and it got out fast. The only exception to the experience was that the containers changed from the large rectangular aluminum pans to the cereal bowl sized versions---but I don't hold that against them, that's not personnel issue, and the food was great. read more

Horrible experience! We tried paying with a $100 bill so I understand needing to find the pen to check it, but our cashier NEVER said a word! Then we waited 25 minutes for our pizza before asking what appeared to be a manager if our order was ready. We immediately got our pizzas so CLEARLY they were ready already. Long story short, Mexican cashier = should be fired. White guy with long hair in a hairnet = Deserves a raise. We will not be back and we will tell others to not come here either. The service here is horrible. It's ran by teenagers. They got my order wrong one time and refused to refund me. I was literally there about an hour trying to get my refund. The pizza was over priced and pathetic. Even with the coupon it cost too much. I got a halve pep and olive half plain cheese for me and my son. I am giving 1 star because 0 is not an option. I ordered 2 pizzas on line for a party and entered all my payment information per instructions and after everything was entered and processed, the website proceeded to tell me my pizzas would be delivered in 25 minutes. Thus I continued to jump into the pool with party, checked my phone 2 minutes later to revive a voicemail to confirm the order so I called right back and spoke to a nice woman who said that she would confirm the order. So I figured good was good and went back to swimming. Then I received a call saying they would have to cancel the order, credit me back the money (which could take up to 2 days) and process my payment again.. At this point I'm pissed off and have kids who are hungry waiting for the pizza to be delivered to their party which was already ordered, payed for and confirmed. I spoke with the manager who was rude and said she "did not know what the online process was" and I told her that I entered all my card info and called back right away to confirm my order and was told it would be no problems only to receive a call AN HOUR later to be told I needed to do ANOTHER payment. Terrible food and service. Ordered two family meal boxes. It took them an hour and forty five minutes to deliver, call twice and manager said I gave him the wrong address... I have an app on my phone called ARC I listened to the call and bam! I GAVE THEM THE RIGHT ADDRESS!!!!! when we got the pizza it was barley warm. The wings were cold and the bread sticks were burnt.
