Overall, we were disappointed with our meal. tonight we tried the pasta, and the sauce was bland, a little too sweet, with really no Italian seasoning... kind of reminded me of chef boyardee from a can, so we didn't finish that. The pizza was supposed to be the new crust style, which is lighter and tastier than the original, but what was really disappointing about the pizza was it was wasn't cut well. I had to go back with a knife and try to extract slices from the circle, and it was hard to do, so a lot of the slices tore trying to get it apart. I don't recall the last time I've had that problem with a pizza. The crust had no crispy at all to the undercarriage, and was pretty doughy, maybe undercooked? the top looked fine. lastly, the cinnabon minis were overwhelmed by the frosting and kind of disappeared into a mass. we really didn't enjoy those either. So zero for three I'm afraid, earning a rare two star. Got to say, there's better Pizza in this town. read more

This place is always making improvements, even when the odds are stacked against them. I love the messages they've been including in some of the boxes, and the servers are so friendly! read more

Pizza Hut - Beautiful and delicious pizza - Pizza Near Me - Magnolia, Texas

Don't even bother. Horrible service and wait times every single time. Too many other options to choose.

Up until about 10 minutes ago, the worst slice of pizza I'd ever had was from a train station in Chicago. Impressively, this Pizza Hut has now replaced that nostalgia with an undercooked stuffed crust pizza and another undercooked cheese pizza slammed against the side of the box. Have you ever had the privilege of eating a half cooked stuffed crust pizza? This is one bucket list item you don't need to check. WORST PIZZA IVE EVER HAD! read more

They did an amazing job with our order, will be coming back !!!! The staff was amazing, the Hawaiian stuff crust is the best pizza ever.

First of all, the food is always so delicious and beautiful to look at. secondly, the service and sight of all the employees working together to make sure everything is right for the customers is so wonderful. i love getting food here!! read more

Mr. Gene was eager to help and polite! Our service was great and I will definitely come there again

I went for the two dollar Tuesday. Took 20 min to get the food. Wings were awful. Taste and consistency of the sauce. Pizza was fine. The cashier was nice. Too long of a wait for $12 disgusting wings. read more

This location continues to disappoint. Orders are consistently late, staff is inattentive, and management seems unorganized. Tonight I received the wrong order and had to knock repeatedly while being ignored. They're often out of basic items. I won't be returning. Better off skipping this location or eating Pizzaiolo's across the street. read more

Amazing service, honored the Thursday night, family night pizza deal. Wonderful management.

Great food, great service. 10/10 I recommend. Service was excellent and staff was super friendly.

The pizza was delivered really quick, although we were quoted 52 minutes. They got the crust type wrong, but wasn't that big of a deal compared to the condition of the cheesy bread sticks. They looked like something that was either severely over cooked or has been reheated a handful of times. They were petrified and dry as hell. For $32 I expect edible breadsticks for the kids. Pizza was ok, but not impressed. Will not order again. read more

The attitude of the drive thru employee was just unacceptable. Impatient, horrible attitude and rolling his eyes as I ordered so I told him I'd rather take my business elsewhere. Much better employees before, don't know what went wrong but I won't be coming back read more

I was pleasantly surprised after reading all the negative reviews about this Pizza Hut. I found my pizza perfectly cooked and hot and the service we received from Nissi was fantastic. She was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back! read more

My BF loves Pizza Hut so we always order here and for the most part they always forget something or get my order wrong yet I never complain but this time i was so angry I order online for delivery and since i always sign up for text notifications I got a notification when it left ......40 min later still no pizzaaa so I called the store the gentleman that answered said they left a while ago they should be there anytime so I waited another 30 min by this time I was f**** mad (excuse my language)so I called and told them I was tired of waiting and needed a refund ... oh yeah not to mention before they answer they hung up 3 times. I ended up ordering from dominos in Pinehurst they showed up on time with the correct order. Shame on you Pizza Hut ! read more

I have to say that every single time I have eaten here or ordered delivery, the experience has been awful. A spider in the kitchen? Horrible service? Taking 3 hours to deliver? Save your time and money. Don't eat here. read more

Nice place good buffet nice waitresses definitely recommend And for 5.99 for a Buffet you can't go wrong

Ordered carry out and it was not ready when my son got there this is the second time this has happened - then the order was wrong so he had to wait for it to be remade. And the manager said they would compensate us but only gave him the incorrect pizza. Why have the cool app when you cannot complete the pizza correctly in time and then not give good service read more

Horrible location. Usually choose this location or the one on Main St in Tomball based on the deals listed in the app. I have never had an issue except for this particular Magnolia location. Skip this location all together and find another Pizza Hut to order from. This one claims the deal I selected didn't show up at the store. They have also gotten my order wrong. Just pass this one by. read more

Buffet If you are going to do a buffet have the pizza out and ready. The selection is so limited. If you want a supreme or a decent pepperoni pizza you have to request it. By the time the pizza is out everyone else wants it also, and my lunch is hour is gone. If it wasn't for the salad my money would have been for the tea. The price for buffet is cheap but if need be raise the price. read more

Ordered large pizza for pickup. It was ready when I got to the window, paid & took home. Don't know what happened, they must have been running out of dough and stretched it to make it fit, because it was the thinnest crust I've ever seen. It was supposed to be the "hand tossed". Also it looked barely cooked, the color of the crust was very pale. Every piece we picked up was so soggy, the ingredients were just falling off the limp slices. I ordered online, guess if we order again I will phone it in and ask them to cook it thoroughly. Usually don't have problems but didn't think about it being Saturday night, they were probably busier than when I usually order. read more

Literally the worst costumer service ever!!!! They just hang up on me, after me asking the total of my order!!!!! This is ridiculous!!!! Pizza hut managers are not training well this "workers"....it's a shame!! read more

Extremely disappointed with the experience we had here .... 3 large pizzas, 2 dipper box pizzas, and a box of pizza rolls - all 3 large pizzas and rolls were under cooked (not edible) and none of them had the flavor crust as requested. My family of 10 got to fight over the two dipper boxes (@ least those were ok) This Pizza Hut location seems to be a hit or miss - more often a miss $69 carry out and most of the dinner was tossed. Tried calling to talk someone but when we did, I asked for a manager and was told they were busy could a message be taken, I stated maybe they could help me- when letting them know most of our food was not cooked thoroughly, it was suggested that we drop it in the oven to finish it off, thank you but really?? We've been getting take out a lot recently due to our house being remodeled with. No oven available at the moment- and even so we PAID you too cook and prepare it!!! Tried calling back in the morning and was told we should've brought it back - again are you kidding me??? My husband works approximately 8 to 10 and picks up our pizza due to us living 25 minutes away. Not only was the pizza poorly made but the customer service was just as poor!! read more

Ordered pizza for the fam online for carry out. Pizzas were great. Only prob was that they were out of four things that we wanted. Other than that, great experience! read more

Really sucks when you want Pizza Hut and you go through the trouble of ordering online to get the discounts just to find out their system is down but yet they won't honor the internet prices never again will I give them my business at this location read more

Had a large pizza and cinnamon sticks delivered. Pizza was cold, toppings were not distributed anywhere close to even, and the slices were all different sizes. We didn't get any Parmesan cheese or red pepper flake packets. The cinnamon sticks were also cold, and lacked cinnamon flavor. I won't be ordering from there anytime soon. read more

Wish I could rate -1. Ordered a pizza got delivered and the bottom of the box was actually cold like it had been outside. Opened it and the pizza was all dried up like it had sat around for a very long time and we had ordered extra sauce. we refused and were given a credit. This is the 2nd time the same thing has happened. Last time we were given a credit we tried to use it when we ordered on line and it wouldn't work. Manager told me he had 10 more pizza's waiting to go out. Those poor people. We live 5 miles from the place. read more

Guess I lost my pictures of the wings, however they were delicious...can we say tasty together, tasty! Pizza was ok, I'm not a fan of bread so I the wings were my thing, I had enough sauce for a second batch. They were still warm after driving the 4-5 miles back to work, I know you are saying that was not very far, but I like my food warm enough not to go back in the microwave once I make it to my destination. I found back roads to lead me to the back of this Pizza Hut, that made the trip worth while, I visited the drive thru on this visit so can't tell you much other than the manager took my order over the phone, It was ready upon arrival, and she was very happy to be working the drive thru cause it showed in her voice and action. Parking lot was cleaned and it is in adjacent with a body or oil and lube shop, so get you oil change and eat pizza and wings while you wait. Oh and they also have a buffet! read more

Don't be in a hurry for delivery...always understaffed and deliveries always 1 1/2 to 2 hours

I usually order from here at least twice a week, and I must say this time the pizza was absolutely horrible. Very dry, smashed, and tasted burnt. read more

Horrible! I wish I didn't have to give them a star in order to give them a review. The time on here is incorrect. But I didn't find this out until I arrived there earlier than the 15 minut s they told me my order would be ready. Well, I got there the stupid lady said sorry we're closed and we didn't make your order! It would've been nice to know that when I called to place the order rather than go out there to find out. Not even a courtesy call or anything!!!!! read more

Terrible service. I am pretty sure the franchise owner needs to either spend some time here or hire a manager that can run the placs. We have enjoyed nothing but excuses this evening. read more

This establishment has a drive thru the person who took my order at the drive thru was very unprofessional. He asked me to move up if another vehicle drove up behind me, there was one other vehicle i moved up as asked. He brought my food out and proceeded to yell at me in-front of my wife and child that i should have parked in the parking lot that i was hindering the drive thru. he never at any point asked me to move further up like other drive thru places in the area do. read more

Worst Pizza Hut I've ever had delivered. The pizza was seriously skimp on the toppings. Except for one. They managed to put not one, but two roaches on my pepperoni pizza. If there is a topping worse than pineapple it's roaches. To top off the disaster that was my pizza by the time it got to my house it was cold. I had to microwave a freshly ordered pizza. You Would think those two things would be enough to wrap this up but we're not even close to done yet. After the girl had left my house I realized I had forgotten to write a tip into the receipt. Was it a douche move? Yes, but accidents happen. Anyway, she wrote herself a tip for half of the orders value which overdrew my account. I called them to get the issue resolve and the manager is one of the rudest people alive. Not only was she extremely disrespectful in her speech she hung up on me as opposed to dealing with the theft that had occurred on her watch. Tl;dr Food was contaminated and cold, driver stole from me, manager was extremely disrespectful. Do not eat here if you value your health/money. read more
