Never got my order. Just straight up took 40 dollars out of my pocket and never provided my food.

Place is awesome! Still has the buffet going throughout the week. Place is clean and the service was great! Food tasted great as usual!

I had a Birthday Party, Thursday (May 11th) My Memaw ordered it/paid for & The pizza was old as hell. They only warmed it up. The people at my party Should not have had to eat that nasty old ass pizza. It wasn't the people in the window. It was the people in the kitchen. and I called today (may 13th) since I been busy and a lady said they couldn't do anything which is a lie. 2nd. she was super rude. So my grandchildren have saved up all their book it's from reading in school. They read a certain amount every month and got personal pan pizzas for free. I have my daughter coming today and granddaughter too. My grandson wanted to share these free personal pan pizzas with them. So we call to order 7 personal pan pizzas and are told we cannot use all the bookies on them. We are only allowed one per child per day. So that would only be 3 for free. Last time we used them we were not told this. We used 5 at one time. I didn't have the extra money to pay for 3 or 4 more. So now no pizza at all today. The worst part is the kids are out of school today and we planned this for a week. Soooooo disappointing!!!! read more

This place has come a long way over the last few years. Until recently, the service was dreadful and the length of time it took to get a simple pepperoni pizza and breadsticks could be as early as 45 minutes if the place was empty and as far as refills, forget about it. So we just stopped going in and would order for pick-up before making the 30 minute drive to get it. About 6 months ago, one of my kids insisted on eating inside the restaurant. I was shocked to see a full staff and the server was attentive and the pizza was delicious. I was so surprised that it tasted like the Pizza Hut pizza I enjoyed so much when I was a kid, 400 miles away. Overall, I give it a 4-star rating. The server we usually have is great but some of the other staff I've encountered aren't as friendly. read more

A few weeks back we went to this store to eat lunch at work like usual. When we arrived, they locked the door as we got out of the truck. We pulled around to the window and asked how we are supposed to order and stated that we were inside dining room hours. The employee was condescending to say the least and repeatedly kept pointing at a phone number on a paper taped to the window instead of taking our order. We reported this to corporate. A few days later we went back and walked in and ordered for dine in and searched the dining room and there was no parm cheeze, or crushed red pepper anywhere. We asked for some and we're told we had to purchase it. We reported this to corporate. A few days later, we had the same issue. However the District manager was there and we told him all about how everytime we come there we are treated poorly, the dining room is closed, and the toppings are missing from the tables and we're forced to purchase them separately. He assured us it would be dealt with. We go in for lunch today and the same thing. No toppings and we're being told to pay extra for them. I asked them if we really had to report it again or could we just get some cheese and crushed red pepper. The manager then states that she they (the employees don't feel safe) the proceeds to call the police. We get up from our table and decide to just eat in the parking lot with no toppings. As we open our boxes, the Madison police pull up and trespass us from the property. By the time we got to eat our pizza it was cold and tasted bad. Absolute worst restaurant I've ever seen. Placed an online order within the parameters of operating hours. Immediately received a call that they would have to cancel our order because their ovens are down. No problem, maintenance issues happen. When I asked about them refunding my money, they informed me that it would be at least a week, possibly longer, before I could receive a refund. After waiting forever for our food, they ended up messing up our pizza. We never got our wings. We ordered cheesy bread sticks and the waitress brought us slices of bread with cheese. Probably the worst Pizza Hut I've ever been to. I travel a lot so I'm constantly on the road and Pizza Hut is one of my favorite stop in to eat restaurants! But this one, first of all the uncleanliness that I saw was unbelievable, it took forever to get my food! My waitress sat me and it took 15 minutes to even get my drinks!! And not only that, when they gave me my change back they gave me counterfeit bills!!!! I was outraged. Very dirty, heard the workers talking about going outback to smoke pot. Very disappointing business. Food was cold. Left it sitting out for a long time before they even brought it to me. My husband and I will never be going back that's for sure. Left a 5 dollar tip and heard the waitress talking about how I didn't leave a big enough tip for her. read more

Worst Pizza Hut pizza ever! Online order estimated 30 minutes for our order and it took over an hour to receive. ...it took more than 30 minutes to get here after receiving the notification that it was "on its way" - and we're only 3 miles away! Needless to say our order was cold. read more
