I joked about getting multigrain bread ("can you tell I'm from California?"), and the girl said "so's my boyfriend. He loved this one sandwich shop where he came from, and he said that Potbelly is better!" I doubt that anything can beat Capriotti's, but maybe there are selections at Potbelly that do.
