This place needs new management! For the 2nd time in a row there was an issue with my curbside order. First time I waited 15 minutes and no one brought out the order, had to go in and ask. Today, I waited 25 minutes and finally went in and the employee couldn't even get my order correct. Avoid this location if you can! read more

Absolutely awful management. Let their young minor workers get yelled at by ghetto customers while they do nothing about it. No training being conducted. Sad when the 16-18 year old workers are nicer than the older one. Food is iffy. read more

Okay I understand that the cashier may or may not have hit the wrong button but when I ask for a combo number and others yell from the back that "We don't serve lunch until 10:30!" Then one of the managers shuffles up and ,with much snark, tells us the same thing with out even the smallest hint of customer service, it is very annoying. When I pointed out that I know that and I wanted the breakfast combo number that is listed for all to see AS BREAKFAST she simply says "oh." And turns away. No sorry or my mistake or anything. It wouldn't have been so bad if we had gotten our order correctly the first time. Had to go back and fetch the rest of it. The biscuits was hard and crunchy but that isn't a surprise. Usually this place is the cleanest McDs around and normally I don't have a problem here. Wish I could say the same about this trip. read more

Had a horrible experience! The manager, Brittany, was extremely awful to one of her employees, who did not deserve the belittlement she was given. Horribly disrespectful and rude. You do NOT talk to your elders in that manner and she doesn't deserve to work in the position that she is in. Other than that, customer service was the WORST. I will not be going back. read more

I moved to Lumberton from Chicago a little over a year ago and since moving here we have only eaten at McDonald's 4 times. My kids like the happy meals but I just can't handle this location. I am normally a patient person, I understand we are all busy and we all have good and bad days but the lack of customer service and lack of respect for our time on top of getting the wrong orders and it being cold, I literally felt like I threw my money in the garbage. When a 4 year old says her McDonald's happy meal isn't good...that means it's garbage. One car ahead of me when I pull up, should not have me sitting there for 16 minutes with no apology or even a good attitude. If my child wasn't already set on getting her happy meal, I wouldn't have sat there for even 5 minutes because of the attitude I got over the speaker when ordering. read more

As someone who was a manager at this location, I will say that the service and quality now is beyond appalling. I witnessed one worker (unsure if manager or not) belittle a worker who has been there for an extensive amount of time. The way she was talking was unprofessional and rude. Anyone who abuses their power and put in a leadership position is terrible. They shouldn't be in charge of people if they don't know how to lead. I will never visit this location while I'm visiting home. read more
