I really like their boneless BBQ wings. I am not much on pizza here. However my girls like there stuffed crust and pasta as well. It is convenient that you can go online and order. Pick up is great , if you want to swing by after work, or late at night. Service is always great. I would recommend them for a quick bite to eat in Loudonville. read more

We had a great experience here. I would say it was an example of excellent customer service. Background: we had to look for a venue that could accommodate 40+ people for an evening meal. Quite honestly there aren't too many places in the area which could be managed by our somewhat limited budget with the timeline we were restricted. Pizza Hut fit our bill (no pun intended) to meet our needs, and the manager was very willing to work with us. Pizza and salad buffet was very good. I had not eaten at Pizza Hut for quite some time, and I had forgotten how good some of their pizzas were. They offered decent selection and freshness for the salad bar. I thought $8.99 was such a steal of a deal with soft drink. Our group was primarily consisted of 20 something with a handful of older adults and a few younger kids. I think everyone had more than enough to eat and had a very good time spending time together. Overall, excellent dining experience with good food and customer service. Thanks for providing us a chance to make a fun memory with Family and Friends on our special night. read more

As much as I love supporting my hometown, this particular Pizza Hut has always been a joke. Slowest place on the planet no matter how many times you complain about it and they aren't ever that busy. We always give several chances but we will never dine in there. You will sit for 15 minutes before even getting a server to say hi. 20 minutes, you'll get your first drink. Half hour in, you could probably order at that point. We've up and walked out a few times just for sitting too long and of course I understand being a serve and getting busy but these people don't even acknowledge you're standing there. A simple, "Be right with you", is a starter but you don't even get that. Super good pizza and wings though! We'll just continue carry out! read more

Pizza hut went from a pretty good restaurant to a horrible one. I'd rather go down the road and spend a little more to get better service. The gentleman took our drink order twice. Wrote it down the first time ignored us our entire meal. Then never said sorry then proceeded to ask my husband for a tip. Terrible experience while on vacation we just got to our campsite and got set up kids were hungry we order and then go pick up two out of four pizzas were wrong and when telling the girl this she said I'm not sure what you want me to do..so we wasted almost 50$ on the box deals for 2 of our pizzas to be wrong and no fix or discount definitely will find another pizza place when we come back next year! read more

Typical Pizza Hut when looking at their food and dining room. However, I'm not sure they deliver at all, I do know that they won't deliver to the campgrounds which are 3 miles away down Wally Rd. Boy on boy ladies and gents strap on your pizza seat belts because this Pizza Hut was easily the best I have ever been to. Not only was the food on point, but the service was phenomenal. These two waitresses knew exactly how treat their locals and campers. The service was so good that my buddies and I had to talk to management and praise the service. I will tell you what the greatness did not stop at the food and service. Jeff the manager in charge, was an absolute stallion and he really knew his way around the pizza dough so to speak. Definitely would recommend hopping on this Pizza Hut train anytime one is down in that area, easily the best pizza place in town. read more

awful. first got there we were waiting on others. was asked if we wanted our drinks said yes. others arrived 20 min later. no drinks. food on buffet was nasty and even with an hour warning it was emptied. and not restocked for over 30 min. kicke of it all. no one got drinks until after our food over an hour later. read more
