Long wait times. Dirty interior, but the food is very good. Only eat hear if your craving pizza, nice employees.

Spent over $100 and could not even a box to carry out our left over pizzas and wings. Would not even give out the corporate number to complain. Place very dirty and staff very rude when asked why. Was given three small boxes to carry out one full left over pizzas. Very unprofessional staff read more

The buffet was pretty bad no silverware, only ranch dressing , just salad, cheese , and cucumber and tomato at the salad bar. Pizza was old, no tongs for the breadsticks and no water other than for additional purchase. When asked for a refund none was given. read more

DO NOT ORDER HERE! Absolutely WORST service I've ever received from ANY pizza parlor. Our order was estimated 30 minutes (we were 1.4 miles away) and our food was NEVER delivered after 2 hours!!! We called multiple times and was reassured that our pizza would arrive "any minute". When we called them after 2 1/2 hours, they were not helpful whatsoever! We finally just canceled the order! read more

I have never had a bad experience with this Pizza Hut till I spent 45 minutes on hold trying to change an order. The phone number sends you to an ordering center to then transfer you back to the restaurant to be put on hold. read more

Good service, The food was really good and cooked just right, The atmosphere was nice everyone was joking and having a good time while still getting work done. Definitely will come back. read more

We brought a team of 11 to run in a Cross Country meet. When we got done we were headed to Pizza Hut. When we called to let them we were coming, they acted as if they didn't want our business. We were going to pick up our order to accommodate dining room not being open, which was fine we would eat at the park. Anyway when we ordered 8 pizzas we were told we couldn't order that many it would back them up. Obviously did not want our business. We won't be bringing a team there again. If I could rate it minus a star I would. read more

Ordered my meal and it was nearly an hour before they finished making it and gave it to the driver. In the meal I tried their Big New Yorker pizza, which seemed enticing on the store page but upon opening it up I got a pizza that was paper thin, hard as a rock, and tasted like cardboard. It was literally a chore to finish a slice as it was the crunchiest pizza ever and didn't even taste good. Along with that I wanted to get a taste of there new chocolate donut bites, which were legitimately awful and left me with a stomach ache later in the day despite only sampling a few. read more

they told us 20-30 minutes, we waited almost an hour for wings because the fryer wasn't warmed up like it should be before opening. very unimpressed with this location. staff was also very rude. if i could leave a 0 star review i woul. read more

This was a Detroit pepperoni pizza and garlic Parmeson wings. This is not what it looks like on the order site. We are extremely disappointed and won't be ordering pizza hut again, even though we usually like them. After calling them, they said this was our order and didn't seem to care that we were upset. read more

I wouldn't even give it ine star!! This place is horrible!! The service well there is none, the atmosphere is very bad, the place smells, my order was over cooked, we used to go there all the time was a awesome place to go to , I don't know what happened but I will never go back, not to mention the filters above the overs were gross and the employees never wore gloves or washed their hands when handling my food, just plain GROSS read more

This order was for carryout with curbside pickup so as per the sign on the door when I arrived I called the store to let them know I was there. They replied the pizza was not quite ready yet and would bring it out when it was. After about 25 minutes I called the store again to ask if my pizza was ready, they brought it right out. I got home and opened the box and the pizza was cold. I only live 1/2 mile from the store so it didn't get cold on the ride home. I can only guess that when the pizza was done they put it in a box set it on the counter and forgot about it because if they had put it in the hot box it would have not been cold when I got it home. This was in the evening, I have nothing but great things to say about their daytime staff who are friendly helpful and do a fantastic job in every way. . read more

I used my credit card here for a large pizza order... I rarely use use it and had a funny feeling when I gave the number out on the phone for delivery... then about 4 days later at 2:45 am I get a fraud alert. I don't have proof... yet...but it will be easily investigated and I will press charges for identity theft!!! read more

As previous Yelpers have commented, this place is great. The lunch buffet is tasty and fills you up. The lunch time manager is a great dude. Takes care of each customer very well. If your passing through Laramie and hungry, give this place a try. Side note, we came at the end of the lunch buffet and he manager let us take home the leftover pizza rather than throw it out. Pretty cool of him. read more

Concerning Pizza Huts, this one isn't great, in fact it isn't even good. The restraunt is tight, cramped, not very clean, and just overall not a solid place to get a bite to eat in Laramie. There are many many more options that are better. Their food isn't bad, in fact its about average for a Pizza Hut. The staff seems over worked. They're trying, trust me, but there just doesn't seem to be enough of them. I would suggest a different place to eat if you're driving through the area. Oh, and they do deliver, but they're not the upper level Pizza Hut, so they don't have wings. What a shame. read more

Pizza Hut is a chain restaurant so when going in there I was expecting decent at most, My fiance and I discovered much more. We came in during the last 20 mins of the lunch buffet and we were very welcomed. We were still allowed to eat even coming in so late. The pizza was still hot, the salad bar was still stocked and they even had butterscotch pudding! The price was very reasonable and the manager was amazingly nice. Since it was the end of the lunch buffet, he gave us the remaining pizza to take home which filled up two large pizza boxes (at no extra charge) and even after we were allowed to stay and eat. We were not rushed at all. The food was very good and so far it's the best buffet place (pizza at least) we have found in Laramie. read more

I have never been a huge fan of the pizza buffet, but the take out pizza is always amazing! I thought this place had closed because of its outer appearance but I'm glad to know that it's not! This Pizza Hut is always a favorite, especially with how friendly the staff is. read more

Amazing customer service! Went above and beyond for some weary travelers needing a place to eat and rest while our car was being worked on. Thank you! Thank you! Highly recommend. =) read more

Yeah it needs a little work as far as interior design and curb appeal goes, but the pizza is always good and the customer service is consistently awesome. My mom and I enjoy coming here for the lunch buffet. One of the managers (I wish I knew his name!) always recognizes us and knows our drink and pizza order. He even brought a few fresh slices to our table once during the buffet. Really a friendly place! read more

Awesome Pizza Hut, very nice and very generous.. I dont remember his name but the lunch time server is a great guy and is always making sure you are taken care of. This Pizza Hut is awful. I will never order here again. They ran out of medium dough, which doesn't make sense ata pizza place. When they called I didn't get a name of the employee which is unprofessional and the only solution he had for me was to cancel my order. Never again. read more

I love this Pizza Hut! They have a great wait staff, especially Sam! He was so handsome and was very attentive to our needs! He was such a nice young man that I tried to sent him up with my daughter. Our food was delicious and came out fast. Highly recommend Sam and this Pizza Hut! read more

On our last two visits, we received poor and slow service. They were out of personal pan pizzas this time. Food safety is not a priority as we saw ice being scooped with cups. Employees seem to be more interested in socializing in the kitchen than actually working. Would definitely not recommend. read more

the dining room needs a makeover but their staff and food are great! Especially the younger guy that seems to always for there

Food is typical for a Pizza Hut. However, I've always experienced slow service, but it's made up for by a very friendly staff.

Not very pleased with this place. It is waaaaaay overpriced. Meals don't come with a salad bar. In fact, one trip to the salad bar is 4 bucks!!!! What a ripoff. Tear this place down and put up a proper place. It is ugly anyways. read more

Given that it was a Pizza Hut I was blown away by how well our family was treated. They were super friendly to our children when most places seem inept on how to behave around families. The food was good too. Keep in mind this is Pizza Hut, but for a Pizza Hut I can think of none better. read more
