3 HOURS WAIT FOR A FREAKIN PIZZA! I'm so disgusted with this place I don't even know where to start! My husband recently had cancer surgery and wanted a pizza. I placed an online order for delivery because I didn't want to leave him home alone. The order was placed at 8:13pm, delivery time was 9:07pm. We kept checking the status. At one time it finally said it was in the oven. We waited for 30 mins, checked again and it said it was being prepared. After 9:30, I called to check on the status. Needless to say, NO ONE EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE! I go to the store, while phone still ringing, this nasty, no customer service skills little girl at the register said it was in the oven. I sit and wait, still have my phone in hand with the store phone still ringing. Looking at them literally not answer the phone. After another hour wait, I asked what's going on with pizza and to check the status. Instead, she proceed to ignore me and take new orders for ppl coming in. I asked for a manager, he comes to the counter sweaty, dripping sweat every where, saying my pizza will need to be re-made! I wait another hour listening to the Door Dash, Uber Eats ppl also complain about the wait and another lady walks in complaining about her online delivery she placed at 7:23pm!! Meanwhile, I'm literally looking at the nasty attitude girl at the register pull other people's pizza out, sit it on a nasty, germy, lint filled portable air conditioner unit and the "manager" dripping sweat everywhere. Pretty sure it landed on ppls pizza. Then guy in the back with the fingernails..Another 30 mins go by I asked again! She tells me she can't find my pizza!! I get upset and ask what do you mean?! I told her I've been sitting here 2 hours and you tell me you can't find my pizza?!! The manager knew I was upset, came over to search for my pizza and realized the wrong tag was on it. A guy that was behind me came in to check his pizza and asked me you're still waiting?! I grabbed the pizza and told her she needed some customer service skills and walked out! I'm currently in San Diego, CA, and have just been notified that I have a Pizza Hut order ready for me...in Lancaster TX. This location. Obviously someone hacked into my account and used my points to buy themselves pizza. I contact this store immediately and explain the situation, only to be put on hold for 5 minutes. I call back, and explained that my account was hacked and need this order to be canceled, once again put on hold for 5 minutes. I wait a bit and call back again, and again, trying to explain that this isn't me that ordered the pizza, only to be put on hold again and again. The last time I called, I asked how busy they were, and immediately they hung up on me. I didn't even have a chance to say anything because I kept being put on hold or hung up on. I have since called their corporate office and am going to figure out what exactly happened here tonight. Never have I left a bad review (check my history) let alone a bad review in a place I've never been to. This order was fraudulently placed, and no one listened to me, helped me, did anything but leave me on hold and hang up on me. The order is for Kam and they have a grey Nissan Sentra. Horrible customer service i ordered a pizza at 5:30 pm after not receiving it past an hr the delivery guy called me saying my street was "closed" my street wasn't close lol. If I could give zero stars, the Lancaster location would get zero stars. I'm relatively new to the area and the few times I've gone they NEVER have different varieties of meat. My husband was told when we went today, there is a sign in window for any pizza for $6.99, they didn't have medium sizes and pan pizza wasn't available. I was under the impression the dough was already made and just needed to be stretched to the size needed. This is the absolute worst Pizza Hut most likely in Dallas County. My family has ordered pizza from here over the past 10 yrs or so and it has been consistently, horribly prepared. They have gotten away with this because they were the only game in town for the longest.
