Terrible service! Called in a regular order for delivery.. Recognized the time was taking a little longer so I checked the app & it said my order was delivered.. Never received a knock on the door or anything. My food was on the floor on my sidewalk. I went to bring it in & sure enough ants were enjoying my pizza. Worst decision I ever made by picking up the phone and calling for takeout at Pizza Hut. This particular one anyways. I specifically asked for plates napkins and plastic silverware or utensils of some kind because I was at a hotel room. After an hour of my food not showing up I called the call center and they had to transfer me to the store. This is a shitty way to do Business. The boxes with my pasta and breadsticks were all smashed in or something heavy have been sitting on top of them Don't do business with these people you will regret it !!! read more

DON'T USE THIS LOCATION. Their customer service SUCKS!!!!!!!! Wouldn't give any stars but I have to write a review. I refuse to order from this location ever again. Ordered 2 pizzas at 7:15 told it would arrive at 8:10, here it is 9:40 and still no pizza. Called the Pizza Hut call center and was told they will send a message to store manager to call me back "soon", 30 mins later no call back. So 2 more call transfers from call center to speak to the store manager and still no manager nor pizza. Save your self some time and aggravation by staying far away from this location!!! In fact just stay away from Pizza Hut altogether. I asked to speak to call center manager and have been on hold for 20 mins now. NEVER AGAIN PIZZA HUT. I ordered pizza for our employees down the road from this location. I've used delivery and pickup and have had no problems either way. The pizza was great. Ordered a pizza at 7:30 was told the estimated delivery time would be 10:47 and thought surely it was wrong well 1 hour and a half later still no pizza so we call the customer service line and was told they would notify the store manager and he should call me and hopefully our pizza would show up hot before then (DUH!!!) well another 45 minutes passed no call no pizza so we call again and were told they don't have enough drivers... WHAT??? So they transfer us to the manager of the store and we are on hold for another 10 minutes just sent my mom out to get it from the store. Needless to say I am NEVER ordering from Pizza Hut again. A pizza in a town of 1000 people does not take 3 hours especially when you live max 5 minutes from the store. And it's a Sunday night in November... I had to downgrade this place to one star. I've ordered food from there more times, and it's consistently sloppy. It's always incredibly greasy. When they are slicing the pizza or the cookie it's been crazy lopsided. I wouldn't usually complain, but it's ridiculously cut into crazy slices. That's happened to to three times. There's been a couple instances where they made something wrong. Trust me, I'm not the type to complain, but it's either like they aren't trying or they are messing up for fun. Sorry Pizza Hut.
