My family and I were at the beach for the weekend and were craving pizza, so I quickly searched…read moreGoogle for a nearby pizzeria. I'm SO glad we ended up choosing this place because I honestly had no idea what we were walking into! It's located in a strip center, so when we first pulled up, I wasn't expecting anything too special. But as soon as we walked through the doors, the place was PACKED! There was a long line of people waiting to order, and we were told the wait for pizza would be around 40-50 minutes. Since we were on vacation, we didn't mind waiting. While we were sitting there waiting for our food, people just kept coming in... and coming in... and coming in! That's when I really realized we had probably picked one of the best places in town to have dinner. Clearly, the locals know what's up! The staff was super friendly when we got to the front of the line, and the prices were actually very reasonable. But the pizza... OMG. It was seriously one of the BEST pizzas I've ever had in my entire life. The wait was completely worth it! My only small complaint is that I wish the fountain drinks came with free refills, but honestly, that's such a minor thing compared to how great everything else was. Overall, this ended up being one of the best dining experiences I've had in a really long time. We randomly found this place because we were craving pizza, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our weekend. If you're visiting Rockport and looking for pizza, I HIGHLY recommend stopping here! Absolutely 5 stars!

Right off the bat, she seemed unfriendly and mildly sarcastic like she was having a bad day or didn't want to be there. Whatever, we all have days like that-- I just wanted my pizza so I placed an order and when I was charged, I noticed that I was charged full price instead of the daily special price. I think it was something like BOGO toppings. When I asked the cashier why I was charged full price she simply shrugged and told me my card was already charged and there was nothing we could do about it now. No attempt at apology or suggestion on how to make it right. I really didn't want to have my food defiled in any way by this patent unprofessional, so I let it go. I used to drive 35 minutes one-way from my house to pick up this fabulous pizza when I needed a real treat. Something about the cheese combination they use is absolutely magical. I used to praise this pizza as my favorite NY-style pizza in Corpus and order boxes to-go when I dined in. Though the pizza is still wonderful and would highly recommend to anybody, I've got better things to do than drive over an hour round trip to be assailed by crap service and bait and switch pricing. Will not be back.

It was ready early, a tiny issue as the pizza needed to be put in the oven to warm it up. Our thin crust pizza was very good, we added a few ingredients to "The Sicilian" which didn't deter from the nice flavors. The crust was thin in the middle with more crust on the outside. We also decided to get a Ceasar salad, large, which was also good. It had a LOT of croutons - probably too many to be honest. We had it with traditional Ceasar dressing which was a seperate charge which seems very odd to us. Weird. Can't comment on the ambiance as we had a to-go order.
