Ordered through the app because of convenience. Couldn't get anyone answer when calling the store. I called 3 times. So, I ordered at 5pm and the tracker said it'll be ready and delivered in 30 mins. I have ordered twice from this location I wont be ordering from them anymore. First time they brought our food over 2 hours late and then brought the wrong order. Then never answered the phone when we tried to call in about our food. Second time I ordered they brought the food again over 2 hours late and didnt bring all of our order. And again does not answer the phone at the location. I wrote a second customer complaint to pizza hut so hopefully it makes a difference because I will not order from them again. read more

The service displayed by Jason and Erica this morning on 8-16-23 was unheard of. They went above and beyond with their display of customer service. The restaurant was very clean and the seating arrangement allows no room for discomfort. As I glanced into the very visible kitchen I saw only one problem, which is that there isn't enough restaurants around that have such a high quality level of cleanliness and organization. I was greeted my Erica as I walked into the store. Although she was either on break or awaiting for her shift to start, she asked me if there was anything she could do for me. Jason then came from the kitchen with a warm smile and inviting attitude. He tended to my order (which was already being completed despite having just ordered online on my short drive to the store). The food he presented to me were both visually appealing as well as fresh to the taste. I grabbed my order and was beat to the door by Erica who saw my hands full. She moved with haste in order to assure that I could easily make my way out of their store where she ended my experience with a genuine smile. I've never been made to feel as welcomed and important in any restaurant as I have today. These too employees deserve their recognition and to have their selfless service be rewarded. Two days worth of disappointment. Friday: Tried to use the app to deliver pizza. App wasn't working so called it in. Order goes through and the app says it will take 30-40 mins. An hour and 10 minutes later, no pizza. Had to cancel plans to go out because we had to feed the kids. Called to cancel, promised a $20 credit. Saturday: Called to use the credit and order the pizzas we were not able to get. Called at 1pm, was told to call back at 4pm because the manager was not there to give the credit. Called back at 4pm, was told there was still no manager, explained the situation they said they would honor the credit. read more

Ordered on the website and, it got sent thru door dash okay that's fine. The dasher didn't have my drink the first thing I did was contact the store. This review is based on my order last night. This was my first time getting any food in Hinesville being a newbie here. I decided to order on the mobile app having success at other locations. The app design is honestly pretty flawless. Very user friendly and coupon friendly, so kudos. Ok so I place my order, one large pizza, cheese sticks, cinnamon sticks, and a four pack of 20 ounce sodas. Pretty simple order so I didn't think there would be any issues. Well I was wrong. As soon as I entered the building first impression was it being clean and spacious. Second impression was me wondering if anyone was going to help me. Finally a friendly guy sitting on a stool listening to something on his AirPod walked over to help me. He was very nice and made the transition easy. He told me they were waiting on my cinnamon sticks but that they should be ready within a few minutes. No big deal, so I sit down and wait. While waiting a gal from the back brought out another persons order which I found pretty cool they actually take the time to walk over to you vs calling your name for you to get it. Again, kudos. A few moments later the same gal came over to me with two boxes. I asked her if there were all there items as there were only two boxes and you could tell immediately I was a bother to her. She mumbled something so me, with crippling social anxiety decided not to ask again and instead asked if I just go get my four drinks. I'm pretty sure she said yes.. Ok so I ordered two mountain dews, one Pepsi, and one orange soda. I walk over to the cooler and there are no Pepsi's... one of the most popular drinks.. looking further I see there are also no mountain dews?! Another extremely popular drink.. there was an orange though! So I go to the counter and have to break up an employee conversation go ask if they have either of the drinks available in the back. A guy comes out and apologizes for the cooler not being stocked and looks for the drinks. Over all he was able to find one Pepsi and then asked if a two liter was ok to replace the mountain dews.. maybe I'm the only person that feels this way... But two liters suck! Unless you have a family that is drinking the entire thing in one day it goes flat and you waste everything. I settled on two dr. peppers instead. So three out of four drinks were cold and only one was the correct drink and cold.. so pretty annoying but whatever. I get home, I live right on base less than five minutes. I get everything inside and obviously dig in. Everything. I mean everything was cold. Not being dramatic or anything. I was allegedly waiting on fresh cinnamon sticks and those were the most cold out of everything.. The plus side and the reason I gave them two stars was my order, as far as the meal not drinks, was correct. I think like other reviewer said I'll probably order dominoes next time and probably from here on out. I should have known to do this in the first place as I saw minimum 15 dominos delivery cars on base and no Pizza Hut ones. Customer service varies person to person it seems. They don't stock drinks on a weekend. And their food is cold. The positives don't outweigh the negatives nearly enough for me to even be tempted to go back. read more

Wow. Ordered pizza for pick up and had a set time on it. I arrived 3 mins early my name was on the TV like 5 down. The cashier checked me in and gave me a receipt, I have a feeling they did that to make it look like I wasn't waiting. But not sure how their systems work. Either way I was waiting another 40 mins for my pizza. Their explanation was they were behind already. Even though I ordered it 2 hours ago for it to be ready at this time. They didn't even start to make my pizza after I checked in. 15 mins later when I asked about it they didn't even try to expedite it. They made another 10 pizzas before mine was started. The manager was working the front desk and on her phone or chatting with friends who walked in while not helping customers. I think it would have been a better use of time to maybe help in the back? On a good note there was a young lady working the finished pizzas, putting them in boxes and cutting them. She was working her butt off, and very polite and pleasant when I asked about my food. The dining area was constantly being cleaned and very presentable, which is always a nice thing to see. The pizza and wings were fresh and hot and the salad bar was well taken care of. It did take quite awhile to get drinks filled despite not being very busy, and the waitress ignored our order for cheese sticks and brownies. I guess she was helping out with our diets! That just left room for us to enjoy ice cream instead! read more

I ordered the big dinner box online and when my husband went to pick it up and brought it home, they had my entire order wrong. There were no toppings on my pizza, they gave me boneless wings when I clearly ordered pasta, and I got bread sticks instead of the cheese sticks. I called the store and explain to them that my order was wrong and the employee told me to bring the food back. I took the food back and asked for a refund. They asked if I paid with cash or card and I told them that my husband paid with cash. That's when the lady said, "well I can't give you cash back, I have to put it on a card and you will have to wait 2-3 business days to receive your refund." I was furious! Then she took the food that I brought back and said that they will toss it in the trash. I asked since they messed up my order can we keep the food instead of throwing it in the trash and she replied no. I will never go back there again! I travel a lot and use the Pizza Hut app in several different states across the country some good , some better and then this terrible. I stay in a hotel 99% of my life and when I order food I am polite and don't expect it in 20 min. I understand traffic and a busy evening, its Wednesday night, maybe its a little busy I can understand. Placed my order received the notification that order was out for delivery about 25 min after placing order not bad. And then ...... 45 minutes nothing, I call the young lady says the driver has my food and its out for delivery should have it anytime. At 1 hour and 15 minutes I call again and she says it again, now mind you I could walk to this Pizza hut in less time than that from my hotel. I started complaining about the food was going to be cold so she verified my phone number. Wait she says your food is right here he doesn't have it there must have been a mix up with the tickets. I will have to remake your food and credit your account. At 2 hours after I placed my order the food is delivered. Food was not remade, everything was cold. And missing a drink ......
