Checkers for lunch today! Visited this location and the order taker was courteous and attentive. The manager was very willing to comp my meal due to an error on my last visit. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and a checker burger on the side. My chicken sandwich was ok tasting, it was put together nicely and there was no grease on the wrapper. The checker burger was awesome as usual and was made and put together perfectly. Wrapper was also grease free. The fries had a faint smell of funnel cake on them but tasted great and fresh! Ordered a meal for my husband and I and while the food was fresh and hot the meal was messy and order wrong. His triple was leaning worse than the Leaning Tower of Pisa. My burger had onions even after requesting to leave them off. The cheese chili cheese fries container was smooshed at the bottom of a very full bag. I ordered a small cone and was not given one but on a good note, I wasn't charged either. The cashier didn't greet us when we got to the window as she took another patrons order. I've given this location three chances and every single time my order is wrong. The funny part is, whoever takes the order does it right because it's correct on the receipt. We always have a bad experience every time we go to Checker's. The last time we went, we ordered a small fry and a milkshake. They gave us the milkshake then closed the window and went about their business. We thought they had to make the fries but turns out they completely forgot we ordered them. Eventually they realized we were still sitting there and asked us what we needed. When we did get our fries, they tasted terrible because they were cooked in old oil. We couldn't even finish them. 1st time they had an attitude because I wanted to use my credit card and their machine was down and I had to wait in the drive thru line because I didn't have a choice. 2nd time today we went thinking ok the machine wasn't their fault. Well they have the worst customer service ever!! Very rude! Our order included an Oreo Sundae. They took forever making our food orders then didn't even give us the sundae. So we parked and went to the window. 12 minutes later she had an attitude because they forgot to make it. 5 more mins and she finally went to make it and the ice cream looked like white water draining so we asked for our money back just for the sundae.
