The queso with house made chili was fantastic. And if you run out of chips, don't worry, they'll bring you more. All of their pizzas are 18" which if you're from out of town and just there for lunch like me, can be a super daunting amount of pizza. But fear not, one of my absolute favorite things about this place was that they do pizza by the slice! The slices are huge and it's the perfect thing for lunch. We were immediately greeting by the nice lady at the counter. Although we had checked the menu on line before heading over once we arrived we amazed by the expansive menu. Being our first visit we wanted to sample several items and we were excited to learn we could order small amounts of several items on the menu. We ordered two Shrimp Po Boys with fries and Coleslaw, three pieces of catfish, hushpuppies, and crab cakes. Within a short period of time the very nice lady at the counter brought out our complete order with all the traditional condiments. Shortly after a man who I assume was the manager came out and gave us a complementary portion of their red beans & rice to try! As we dug in, we were not disappointed! The Po Boy's were fantastic, shrimp cooked perfectly dressed nice on a soft roll! The season fries were delicious, hot and the seasoning was perfect! Honestly we both felt these were the best seasoned fries we have ever had at any restaurant! The catfish was delicious, well seasoned super crisp! The crab cakes had a nice crunch with a perfectly cooked delicious filling. The coleslaw was really good with just a hint of sweetness and OMG the red beans & rice were fantastic! Last but definitely not least the hushpuppies were little bits of fried corn heaven. We did have to take one piece of the fish, one crab cake, a small amount of hushpuppies and some of my wife's fries home and it will definitely not go to waste! While this was our first visit it definitely won't be the last! If your home is in the area or your just passing through Ardmore, we certainly recommend stopping in. It's a great change from the traditional fast food / take out food.

AMBIANCE: 4 STARS The restaurant was clean and the decor simple, but fun and cute. FOOD: 3 STARS The fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned. They were served hot and that was great. The chicken was where it fell apart for me. The lemon pepper was blah. I didn't even taste lemon pepper seasoning. The worst batch I have ever had at any wing stop restaurant. The jamaican jerk wings were decent. I did appreciate the island flavor, but nothing exciting. Overall it was an ok experience. I probably wouldn't visit this location again. I expect more from wing stop when it comes to chicken. I wasn't happy with the food, but the customer service was exceptional. I do wish they would have put some napkins or silverware in my bag. I need napkins to wipe my hands after eating.

I started reading the YELP reviews, and to be honest, they are not that good!! I drove to the restaurant, and from the parking lot, it looked clean, so I gave it a try. Once inside, the service was 2nd to none. Very helpful and answered all my questions. I had 10 original wings, half Original Hot and half Cajun. I also had fries, WOW!! They were hot and delicious. The carrots and celery with ranch was on point too!! Not often enough do I ask to speak to the manager, but I did tonight. The lord would NOTT be happy with the way Dominique is here providing nasty service and thus horrible food quality due to the lack of respect given towards her employees. I was informed of the disgusting practices issued by this original location and use of expired ingredients in the process of making goods such as sauces. Ordered 10 wings Lemmon pepper and Atomic with the Cajun fries. Side of blue cheese and jalapeño cheese. The fries were lackluster at best. No seasoning or flavor. Had to season them when I got home. The jalapeño cheese I had hoped would save these bland fries was just about as flavorless. Thought about getting a covid test for a minute. Now on to the main course. Smoked chicken wings. The taste I imagined had my mouth watering. How can this go wrong? The wings themselves weren't terrible but very under seasoned and under sauced. Had they been fresh maybe they'd have been better. Were dry and chewy like they'd been sitting around for a while. Now the kicker for 19 dollars for 10 wings I expect perfection. 15 for the combo. 2 dollars tax and 2 dollar tip. Way too much. Had way better from Buffalo wild wings or wing stop at a much cheaper price. Hopefully your experience is better than mine but I will not be ordering again.
