We typically order carry out from here every couple of weeks and typically the service is great. Today I ordered by phone and showed up 20 minutes later, the extremely rude lady opened the window saying 'yeah' I asked for my order and she said nope because I don't have any orders and instead of asking to go ahead make it, which I would have gladly waited for she just shut the window and stood there staring at me. J ordered a pizza by phone. Made sure it was correct. A simple Hawaiian, with 2 sides of garlic butter dipping sauce. When I picked it up at the window I repeated my order. The woman said she was the manager that's it. I opened the box didn't see any sauce. She said it was in the back. I said ok and left a nice tip. We got to camp they had white sauce on the pizza and marinara dipping sauce. I took one bite and it was terrible. I called spoke with the same woman. She wanted to argue with me. She said she would make me a new pizza and refund my debit card. I took the crappie pizza back. No refund has shown on my card 4 days later. This was the Pizza Hut in Fruita Colorado. read more

We usually have good luck ordering delivery from this pizza hut, but the last three times were not great. They forgot the icing on two orders, and today, they forgot to put the pepperoni on the pepperoni pizza (really?), and did not put the BBQ sauce on the BBQ pizza. They did replace the pepperoni pizza, but we didn't realize the BBQ one was wrong until after we had called about the pepperoni. I am on the fence about ordering from them again. Missing the icing (I even ordered extra) is not a deal breaker, but no pepperoni on a pepperoni pizza is a bit strange. The overall service is good, food delivery is quick, usually within a half hour, and it is pretty typical pizza hut pizza for taste. read more

Kendall's customer service is outstanding! He informed us our order would take a little longer than quoted (15 min), so he insisted on a 10% discount, even though I told him that was unnecessary. very professional young lady at the front counter. came through for an appointment and decided to eat some lunch. The single pizza things were delicious. something I might add is that I learned about mike the headless chicken- interesting story that is unrelated to the quality of the food and service. the only complaint I have is the way the parking lot is situated. trying to find the right way in the parking lot was a challenge to say the least. We are somewhat new to the town Fruita. We order pizza on a fairly regular basis. The best pizza in town, without a doubt, is Hot Tomato, a local favorite. All I can say about the Pizza Hut here is that they are inconsistent with their quality. In fact, as I write this, my family and I are eating one of their pizzas. It was scheduled for a 5 PM pick up. We arrived at about 4:58 to get it. We only live a few minutes from the restaurant. When we got home, the pizza was lukewarm at best. It also tasted as if it had been made way earlier. I called the manager, Ian, to let him know. He never apologized, but instead just gave me excuses and an attitude. He ended the conversation by saying he would keep an eye on it (whatever that means). Needless to say, we are very disappointed. According to others we've spoken with, this is happening more and more often with them. We order Pizza Hut as a matter of convenience and to save a buck or two. The next time we are hungry for pizza, we will have to rethink our decision about ordering this Pizza Hut's pies. read more
