The Pizza Hut in Franklin, KY is one of the best Pizza Huts ever! We were famished and stopped by one night after a full day of horse racing at Kentucky Downs. We were greeted by the sweetest Southern smile and a friendly hello. We ordered a supreme pizza with everything on it. They offered us a coupon discount that we knew nothing about. Nice! Way to take care of your customer. The manager stopped by our table to chat. The server and manager were concerned that the order was taking too long to come out. We must have looked very hungry!! They soon brought the steaming hot pizza to our table and I must say it looked delicious. We quickly found out it was just what we expected and more. Delish. The ingredients must have just been chopped, sliced and diced because the veggies were the best! We devoured most of the pizza just leaving enough for a late night snack. When we got our check they had discounted the pizza due to our wait time. How nice. We would certainly come back to this location. read more

We were recently traveling through and stopped at the Comfort Inn in Franklin, KY. for the night. As we were too tired to go out, I called Pizza Hut for a delivery. These folks were great. Pizza ordered and about 45 minutes later (the time I was given to expect it) the driver was knocking on our door. He was super nice and even had a bag fixed with paper plates, napkins, parmesan cheese, pepper, etc for our convenience. If you are ever in Franklin, KY and want great pizza and great delivery, I suggest you call this place. The guy taking the order was friendly and efficient as was the guy that delivered. read more

This is the worst experience I've ever had with any fast food place. I ordered 1 pizza with a 20 oz drink and it was $25, $30 with tip. It took almost an hour and a half to get to my house and it was cold when it arrived. It was missing the pepperoni and the "stuffed" crust was completely hollow. It tasted horrible and made me sick. You'd have a better meal dumpster diving. At least it would be free. 0/10 complete garbage. read more

EVERY time we go there the order is wrong or just generally badly made like hardly any sauce very little cheese etc. you could see all the way through to the bottom of the pizza the stuff is so thin on it. No other way to put it other than the service is awful. Also, why is it that they all feel their memories are so good that they do not need a pad to write the order down on? When I was a kid, going to Pizza Hut was a rare treat. Their pizza was the most delicious thing I could imagine, and I always wanted to go there. I went to this Pizza Hut and got a pizza to go. The pizza I got was not even as good as the pizza you can get from local gas stations. I was so disappointed. One day for lunch I went to their lunch buffet. The pizzas they have on their lunch buffet was nowhere near as good as the pizza you can get from local gas stations. It just wasn't good. What a sad state this Pizza Hut is in when they can't make pizza as good as the local gas stations. I don't know if all Pizza Hut's have deteriorated to the point that a true pizza lover like myself doesn't even want to go there anymore, or if it's just this one. I'll try a few other pizza huts to find out for sure. But for now, all I can tell you is that this Pizza Hut makes pizza that is sub par at best. If you want good pizza in Franklin Kentucky, you're better off to get one from the frozen food aisle at the grocery store and make it yourself, or simply go to one of the local gas stations. read more

Poor service, and it is very dirty in here. I had a horrible experience here being given a dirty box of pizza.

After being told "we don't deliver" anymore and being told no several times. This alone made our experience worse, we called from work about 5 ish like we have always done and was told no. Then we called again at 7 and was told no and again at 7:30 and again told no. I would NOT recommend this Pizza Hut to Anynone! read more

very rude staff. we had party planned there palnned an month ago and paid deposit for the party room on 9/30. we got there and was told that they used the room for customer and we had to wait until they where done to have the party room. we planned and sent invite out for 1.00pm party. we where told that we could not wait inside at all. so, after the guest are done we go in there and there food and item on the floor which was not cleanned and so we setup and clean up the room by 1:30pm and they waitness come in while we are setup and very rude as for ordered. so, then ordered have the party and i go up to pay and the witness and assist. manager was ask who schuled my party that party are not allowed on sunday at all. it was planned a month ago so they could called but any ways and then waitness tell us she only one there and she is sick that we should not had the party. talk about feel unwelcomed i do not recommend them at all. read more
