We started with the fried cheese ravioli appetizer. Two thumbs up. Way up. And they bring out bread with it that soaks up that extra sauce so well. It is the perfect complement to that appetizer. For the main meal, we went with the Baked Mac Poseidon, Chicken Parmigiano, Meatball Marinara, and Eggplant Parmigiano. The chicken and meatballs here are fantastic. The eggplant was maybe the best I've ever had. Anywhere. The Baked Mac was the only dish I didn't love, and that stems from the fact that I have never liked mixing cheese and seafood. If that's your thing, I say go for it. As a bonus, these guys can make a pretty good Bloody Mary. I'll be back. If you're driving anywhere near the county seat of Logan, it's worth a stop. If you're looking for authentic Italian food, weloveEmilia is a true authentic gem in Clarksville,…read moreTN.. My husband and I absolutely LOVE this Italian restaurant and return again and again from Nashville because the quality is consistently outstanding!! Some reviews complain that the pizza is "floppy" or doesn't have enough toppings. This is authentic Italian pizza--not an American chain pizza loaded with heavy toppings and thick crust. The dough is freshly made, the ingredients are fresh and high quality, and the pizza is prepared the way it is meant to be in Italy. The pasta, pizza, and salads are exceptional, and the desserts are incredible, and you can truly taste the difference that comes from fresh ingredients. Every dish feels like it was made with love, care and respect for traditional Italian cooking. The restaurant itself is casual, charming and EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN!! You order at the counter and seat yourself inside or outside under the covered patio, which we actually enjoy because it keeps the atmosphere relaxed and welcoming. Some people seem to expect a formal fine-dining experience because of their so called "high prices"-- you are paying for authentic, freshly made quality food--not a fast-food version of Italian cuisine. In our opinion, WelovEmilia serves the best authentic pizza, pasta, and desserts in all of Clarksville and Nashville. If you appreciate genuine Italian food made fresh from scratch, this place is worth a visit. We love the entire knowledgeable awesome friendly staff and exceptional accommodating cooks. When we leave we are completely satisfied, over stuffed, and so happy we came and are always looking forward to our next visit. WelovEmilia doesn't try to be everyone's version of Italian food--it stays true to authentic Italian traditions, and that's exactly why weloveEmilia!!
