The plastic containers for the sauces have bubbled up and melted. There's hardly any cheese on the cheese sticks and they delivered the regular ones again instead of the garlic ones that were ordered. My wife got a pizza delivered while I was out at work & when the guy came up he handed her pizza & everything went well, but as she set the food down & got herself settled, the guy who delivered her pizza, took her number down from our receipt & texted her the picture below. 1. Who shoots their shot with a number from a receipt? 2. This has to be against Pizza Hut Policy. 3. You don't harass people and take people's number down because someone is attractive. We had a very good experience and will order again. I was hesitant because they only have 3 stars but I love Pizza Hut and decided to give them a try. We ordered the large 3 topping stuffed crust and recommend the toasted parmesan crust plus I always get extra sauce. Also tried the Hawaiian teriyaki chicken wings. i order food at 1245pm and about 230pm they cancel the order with no reason no explanation other then "it got canceled on our end" ya sure after waiting 2 hours and being told that "its on the way got a new driver today" they finally put the order out of its misery and the worst part is that was the last of my food money so now i get to go hungry becuse of an order that i waited 2 hours for and was lied to twice about and it takes 3-5 days for the refund to hit my account. Restaurants come and go in Fountain Hills and not many continue to offer good food at reasonable prices. Phil does an amazing job with customers. The wait staff is super nice and are efficient. The menu is solid, with almost anything you could imagine, and what's more, Phil has the cooks to deliver the goods. The quality and presentation is excellent and the bar is well-stocked with your favorite beverages. The bar is a mini-sports bar and has about 20 flat screen TV's and they are very accommodating with your requests to watch a particular event. Was really good. I got the Honey barbecue 24 piece bone out wings (really good sized) and was surprised. The delivery was way faster then I thought. It said 20-30 mins but it came in about 18 which is rare but truly good. I do wish there was extra BBQ sauce on the side. In all fairness I have never ordered thin crust here " New York Style" but wow it's some sort of cracker like crust that tastes much like cardboard. Called at an hour for them to say it was en route, but never came. Called a second time at the hour and a half mark to inquire about our missing pizza, just for them to tell us they couldn't find the house (mind you we are 6 minuets away from their store, and it's an easily accessible house). I usually order online for pick up at the store. They often offer 20% off for ordering online through emails they send me (since I ordered online before). The cajun boneless wings are a hit at our house but I don't care for them. They're too saucy for me. The tater tots are good and have a slight spice to them. My personal favorite is the Mia Pizza! Great pizza flavor at a great price. The reason for the cheaper price is that they don't use as much cheese or topping and a different crust but the flavor is great. The P'Zone meatlovers is my all time favorite calzone. It has tons of meat and cheese and has marinara sauce for dipping. unfortunatly the calorie count for the whole thing is a whopping 690 with 29 grams of fat. I called restaurant at 6pm to let them know I was outside and the gentleman said my order would be ready in about 15 to 20 minutes. I did explain that my email confirmed my order and time. He explained to me that they got 6 orders ahead of mine and that it was a corporate issue. I just didn't understand why you promise times and don't deliver. We ordered from this Pizza Hut at around 10:45 when they weren't open so we expected to wait from them to start around 11:15 we have waited an hour and tried to call multiple times. No answer and on hold for most of the time. 10 minutes later someone finally answer and was very confusing. They told us the card didn't go through so we tried the same one again and it was fine. He said they tried to call us and no answer. All the info we gave them was correct. They said they would get it out to us on the next delivery after they have kept our pizza in the warmer for up to 30 minutes. The Fountain Hills Pizza Hut has horrible customer service and pizza. The last time we ordered a pizza from there, we had 2 medium ones, both were bad, but one was not worth eating due to way too much sauce and toppings that were too few, plus the crust was burnt. I called upon opening the box and was told that they had a new person making the pizzas and she understood. She would credit me for a medium or I could drive back to get another one. I choose the credit, but offered to return the pizza so they could see how bad it was. She said she knew, so not to worry. Today I tried to order another medium pizza and was told it would cost $11 on top of the $5.99 credit they gave me for the same pizza. A medium pizza is a medium pizza, but they wouldn't honor it. Honestly, their pizzas have gone downhill anyway. The manager said her name was Mercedes and didn't care or want to work anything out. Only a few doors down is Papa Murphy's anyway, which is MUCH better. read more

Pizza is made differently at all sorts of places, but Pizza Hut creates the exact balance of cheese and sauce that I crave. I have no problems with the quality of food 95% of the time and do not let that once- in- a- while "off" night ruin my lust for them. Any time there has been a problem they sincerely listen and apologize and strive to make it up by a price break or free on the next order. This is the way ALL businesses should operate. That being said, I'm still miffed that they no longer offer bone-in breaded wings. I do not understand it. Without the breading they are nothing special and something you can get anywhere. When we wait one or two months between orders because it's not exactly on our healthy eating plan, I want to enjoy it to the max! Please, Pizza Hut suits: consider bringing back the bone-in breaded wings. It's not like you bread them by hand. You still get them frozen in the little individual bags. read more
