Braised Beef Short Rib with Parker rolls
Maria S.

I loved the energy at the bar on a Friday night. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. I had the Friday steak special which was a braised short rib on polenta with carrots, with a side of Parker rolls. Very tender and full of flavor. For dessert I got the banana bread pudding with vanilla gelato to go. I love that they toast the pieces of bread pudding so it's crisp on the edges, yet soft and gooey on the inside. It's a bit pricey, but a nice splurge meal for sure.

Had breakfast, lunch & dinner at this fantastic farm-to-table restaurant. Sitting on their patio that showcases the iconic vistas, being able to see McDowell Mountains & Four Peaks by day, shining stars everywhere at night. Everything indulged was deliciously satisfying. From their Chilean Sea Bass, 24 hr Braised Short Rib off of their dinner menu. Waking up to their Classic Breakfast & Brunch Burger for lunch. It was so amazing to experience everything eaten was nothing short of tasty. Sean, server of the evening, did a great job. Ambiance, very casual & the normal restaurant talk but not intrusive to your dining experience. I hope that I am able to return & replicate the same wonderful time had!

Mushroom Risotto, Braised Beef Short Rib

Dined at Cielo during a stay at Adero as we wanted to stay on property (and use our drink coupons). The bartender was extremely friendly albeit very very busy as the bar was slammed. The restaurant was packed without a reservation and would have been a long wait had we not sat at a table in the bar area. We had the option to dine outside under the night sky, but it was a bit chilly for that so we stayed inside. I was able to get a mocktail Aperol Spritz (my favorite), and my friend a real one. The drink way surpassed my expectations! The food was decent, we ordered the black bean hummus platter and the vegetables came squishy and old. They were kind enough to comp the platter and bring extra pita bread, and the hummus was still good! Otherwise, we ordered the Mushroom Risotto and Short Rib which were both good. The risotto was much cheesier than expected and was a huge plate! Definitely worth the price. Overall, great bar to grab a drink and good food when staying on property.

This is a fantastic restaurant with stunning views of the valley. Great service and excellent food. Simple menu with something for everyone. I would love to come back and try their lunch and dinner someday!

One of our favorite relatively upscale restaurants attached to Adero Resort set on a hill overlooking Fountain Hills. Great ambiance inside or outside. The service is always excellent and very attentive with a team like approach. The food portions are adequate and the quality was good. My wife loved the preparation of her salmon with her salad. I thought my short rib roast was a tad bit dry, but the gravy with cheese grits complemented it nicely. The house red wine also helped.

No- I didn't eat part of it. Just the saddest ever salad for the largest price tag!

Flavorless fried filets, soggy French fries, chewy hush puppies that have a gross powdery center, and a small Cole slaw that's always warm. It seems that the big draw for this restaurant is the spectacular views, not so much the service, or food. Please note that the menu that's on their Yelp listing, is outdated. I tried to place an order by phone. The guy that answered told me I had the wrong restaurant, none of the items I tried to order were on their menu. You'd have to Google their current menu, if you want to see what they have. The guy that answered the phone was abrupt, & condescending also. I would only return here, if they got different management. The current one sucks.

Candace was our server and she was great, funny too. We ordered the Caesar salad with chicken and the DC Club with fries. Too much to eat and hard to leave behind. The Caesar was great too. A good amount of chicken and nicely garlicky. We highly recommend this.

Absolutely outstanding gumbo and etoufee, equal to the best I've had in New Orleans. 10 out of 10. About the only negative I've ever experienced is the oysters. They were busy at around 10:15pm so we had to wait a bit for a table. We also had a large group of 8 but luckily we were able to get seated. Our server did an amazing job with our large group. Some in the group ordered pan roasts and some ordered crawfish etouffee. My friend also ordered clams. I always get the combo pan roast here. It's a mix of crawfish, shrimp and crab. Choose your spice level from 1-10. I forgot to specify a number and just said "hot" but it was not spicy enough for me. I normally get 7-8. I ended up adding in all the hot sauce options that were on the table plus some chili powder. Now that had a good kick to it. Ask for that! Price for the combo pan roast has doubled from before! It used to be $20, then it slowly increased to $30, and now it's $40! It's good, but I can also make it at home and get more for my money.
