We came in during a busy rush and Aquilla was handling the floor almost entirely on her own. Even while clearly slammed, she stayed calm, organized, and genuinely kind. Our drinks came out quickly, our food was correct, and she checked in without making us feel rushed or forgotten. What stood out most was her professionalism under pressure. She was seating guests, running food, and serving all at once--and still managed to keep a positive attitude and make everyone feel taken care of.
