This pizza hut was very clean and appeared to have been remodeled fairly recently. They are definitely understaffed though. There was only one employee there until about noon, so buffet items were pretty slow to come out. Everything tasted great though. I'd go back for sure. read more

Wow! This was one of the best Pizza Hut experiences. Most Pizza Huts are closed in our region so we found this location a treat down the street from our hotel. Customer service was exceptional with shift manager, Todd waiting on us. He was very happy person singing and really enjoying his job with such a positive attitude. Kudos to Todd. We ordered the deep dish meat lovers pizza - so yummy! Service was quick and restaurant very clean. read more

NO NO NO NO!!!!! Ordered and wanted delivery. Order taker hung up so did not know if the order went thru. Was pissed so drove there. Explained situations & placed new order. Waited about 20min. Wife calls me as I am on the way back with the pizza to tell me the pizza was delivered. WHAT? So get back home and we discover BOTH pizzas were wrong. WTF PIZZA HUT!!! The lady at the restaurant was super nice and helpful and apologized for the mix-up. Appreciate that so that wins them bacl 2 stars. It's had been quite awhile since i had ordered from the Hut - there are just so many other options these days. Now doubt I will ever try Pizza Hut again. read more

It's Pizza Hut. It's slightly less gross than a version you'd find in a larger city, but it's still gross. Same crappy sauce, same crappy crust, same mediocre pizza. In a pizza emergency this will do, but if you have a choice, choose differently. Sorrento's might be the only other nearby choice & it has local flavor going for it. read more

This pizza hut does not know how to make sandwiches. We ordered chicken parmesan and received with no marinara sauce. When I called the store I was told they dont come with marinara sauce. Have you ever heard of a chicken Parmesan sandwich without marinara sauce? The online description even says marinara so they said I could come back to the store for marinara or they will get it right next time. We waited 38 mins at the window for the sandwitches but they gave us our pizza that just got cold. Who the hell is running this place! They mess up EVERYTIME! read more

We stayed at the comfort inn and ordered pizza to the hotel. Our order arrived fast and hot, the driver was friendly. I was extremely impressed that they automatically threw in plates, napkins, cheese, and red pepper flakes. My order was not 100% right (they forgot my green pepper on my pizza) but it wasn't a big enough deal to complain about. read more

We walked in and the gentelman that seated us was really nice but thats where it stoped.The waitress came to the table and asked for drinks. When she came back for our order we asked for the special they had advertised (2 large two topping pizzas & 5 bread stisks 19.99) she said it was for carry out or delivery only. So we needed to come up with somthing different (30sec probably) when i turned around to tell her she had left. We waited 10 min for her to come back to take our order. We placed our order and she went off to the back. We ordered 4 pizzas (3 pepperoni and 1 supreme) when she came back with the food she only brought 2 pizzas (pepperoni) and one spatula and said the other 2 would be out shortly. After 10 min the other two finaly showed up. She said that they were out of spatulas and we would need to share between the two tables. We never saw here again from that point. We needed to walk to the front with our glasses to get refills and for boxes for the leftovers and the ticket. We had 6 people in the group and only 2 party's in the building including us. The food was good but the service sucks. I would hate to go eat there if it was busy. We will not be going back. read more

I have never really had a complaint. I called in and ordered a thin crust cheese pizza. The crust was overdone and the cheese was mostly brown on top, spotted. I ordered dessert bread sticks and she didn't ask what kind, I had forgotten they had more then one kind. After picking it up myself, when I got it home I had regular bread sticks, also. I called and told them the pizza was overdone. I was told that they would deliver the dessert sticks but that they have changed the temp of their ovens and that is the way they do their thin crust now and they are using a different cheese. If I want it so its not that brown (to me almost burnt), I'm not the only one that has called about the crust, if I call again I should tell them not to cook it as long. I shouldn't have to tell them that about how long I want it cooked so it won't be overdone, so I guess I will not be ordering a cheese thin crust pizza again from them. read more
