Cheesy Alfredo Pasta with Breadstick - Breadstick was cold like it was bought days ago and added to my order. It wasn't the usual color and it was slightly burnt. Lastly, the cheesy alfredos wasnt cheesy, they torched the top to make it cheesy but turned out burnt and hard... They do offer curbside which I request each time I've ordered, but honestly the parking spots are literally at the door and you can literally go in and grab your food quicker than it takes them to come to the car. It's a very small location and it's kind of in a weird spot. It's along the Travis AF base fence and it's very easy to miss and end up on the AF base. Just remember when you get to the final light you'll see a gas station and a subway on your left. Pizza hit is my favorite ever and we always get the big dinner box with breadsticks and wings. Apparently that is no longer running so we ordered regular pizzas and wings. I am so glad that I tried this pizza hut on Parker Rd again. It has been over a year since I've ordered from this particular spot. I love Pizza Hut, but before it closed down, it had gone to shit. This time around, I was scared to order and have my food undercooked. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was. The people that I've encountered here really vary; some of them could care less about being there but some are really friendly and served with a smile on their face. I would say their pizza is just okay, not the best but also not the worst. They usually have my carry out order ready when I get to their location (15-20 minute quoted ready time). My favorite pizza to order is the chicken bacon parmesan! I would NOT suggest their breadsticks. It seems as if they bake their bread and then put a very minimal and uneven amount of garlic on top. No butter so it was dry. Be aware of how their deals work though because it can be a little bit misleading (can reach almost $30 for 2 medium pizzas). This store must have a lot of issues. They don't ever seem to be open at regular times. Every pizza Resturant I know of is open 10-11am until 10-11 pm. I don't know why this store cant get it together at certain times it'll say one thing then open even later. I don't know why it is open. Worst service ever. Ordered stuffed crust, and for regular. I called to let them know so we could get a new pizza. I was told I needed to send a picture to prove that I got the wrong pizza. I did that and waited 20 minutes and heard nothing back. I then called to ask what they planned on doing about getting the correct pizza, I was hung up on multiple times by a very rude employee. At this point nearly 2 hours have gone by. After repeatedly getting hung up on and placed on hold I went down there to get the pizza. The employees here were god-awful. I walk in and the girl was on her phone and I asked her how or why I got hung up on multiple times when they claimed it was so busy but when I walk in she's on her phone. She threatened to fight me outside and the manager did nothing. The employee refused to give me her name. There was only two employees here who had any customer service skills or respect. I would love to thank them again for caring while the other employees defended their actions. When I asked for a refund I was told I could not get refunded. So I had to just except that I got the wrong food, that I had to drive down there after I paid for delivery, and I couldn't get my money back. No one has reached out to me or anything. After being threatened by an employee there I would hope that that person lost her job. read more
