Well i must confess our family does not normally eat Pizza hut as our choice pizza. However, recently we had a few visits to pick up pizza. The interior entrance is not overly welcoming. its dirty. the place doesnt smell like pizza..it smells like pizza and i dont know dirty/old building smell? The place is disorganized and they have tables of pizza boxes in the dining entrance. which from the door you cant see there is a dining area really. So its strange. for a first visit, seemed like nobody cared. the owner certainly does not. The pizza itself was good. Very heavy on cheese though. I enjoyed the crust's crispiness. The employees were all friendly. None of the times to pick up was it quick. each time the pizzas were ready and waiting but nobody was coming to the front window. so there was a always several people ahead of me waiting to be helped as well. Could be a good place but its evident the employees are short staffed and the owner is absent and does not care. read more

Service is horrible, kids running this place. This place can stay open too much longer with this type of service. Don't waste your time eating hear, they don't take their customers or orders serious. read more

9 out of the last 10 pizzas I have ordered came with almost zero sauce. Have had to add Extra sauce to the order to even get a regular amount of sauce. You'd expect to find on a pizza from the frozen foods section. read more

I am extremely disappointed with Pizza Hut! They have a location only ten minutes from my house and I've been ordering from them for four years. They suddenly stopped delivering to my neighborhood. I don't understand why a business would do that. read more

I went to Pizza Hut around 6:30 pm on a Thursday. I bought Alfredo pasta. Some of the other options of the pasta category are called marinara pasta. I've only had it once but I didn't like it that much. The building looked nice and clean, it looked very nice on the outside and it looked even better on the inside. Also the inside is pizza themed. It has some artwork with weird people that have pizza on it looks cool. It is very easy to find it is right by Casey's. So if you went to Casey's you can find it very easily. Also I'm pretty sure there is one in Liberty. To park there are a good amount of parking spots to park at and also there is a drive thru if you don't want to go inside.They also had the seating spread out because of covid 19 recommendations. My total was $8.00 dollars for what I got. I chose to pay with cash because it wasn't that pricey. Also for the price I thought it was good cause of what you get. Some ways the business communicates with their customers are that they have an Instagram, where they have special deals. Another way is that they have commercials on tv or the radio about what is going on or deals. They also have billboards around the side of the streets. Their employees are very nice and welcoming making sure that everyone is having a pleasant experience. The best part of the experience is probably always playing the arcade games they have. It is always fun to just play a little bit of pac-man when going to Pizza Hut. They also offer pizza and different things like bread-sticks and chicken wings. The worst part is the pasta was kinda dry but other than that it was perfect. I would recommend this place to others because it is a very pleasing restaurant. read more

I live 3.4 miles from local Pizza Hut and always got delivery and now they will not deliver to this are anymore. so now I order fro Casey's pizza they will still deliver to us. read more

driver was very disrespectful. We were told 25-30 mns and on our way to the meeting point he called and made it clear that he was there and we were inconveniencing him because he was early. When we got there and he was super rude and immature and started picking on,complaining to, my husband. So I called the manager and she was quick to accuse us of doing wrong when all we did was order a pizza. The pizza was not hot and had been sloshed around. Needless to say he did not get a tip. And we probably won't be eating from that establishment again. Not a good experience with the food or the people. read more

I've never eaten at the actual restaurant, but we have gotten plenty of delivery from here. It is always hot when it arrives and is absolutely delicious. The prices are very reasonable and the pizzas are always made to perfection. Their pasta is also cooked to perfect consistency. Great place overall. read more

Hmm..I'll never step foot in this pizza hut again. Rude waitress. She would rather talk with her friends then pay attention to her customers. I waited at least 5-8 minutes just to get our drinks. She doesn't even know how to smile. She went to break while we were still there and so we had to wait til she got back for a drink refill. I also waited forever before I was able to order my food. I know that waitresses don't get paid very much but it doesn't make me feel sorry for leaving a 5 cent tip when she can't even do her job. By the way this was a manager waiting on us.
