I'm honestly tired of how bad McDonald's has gotten lately. Every time I order, they somehow manage to mess something up -- missing items, wrong drinks, cold fries, or completely mixed-up orders. On top of that, the wait is ridiculous even when the place doesn't look busy. It feels like you spend forever in the drive-thru just to end up disappointed when you finally check the bag. This location is terrible. I don't know how this place is still running it's a mess of an establishment, they never get your order right, take FOREVERRR, and are usually extremely rude. I think the drive through employees must be on drugs because they make me repeat myself 5 times and they still get it wrong. Better off just going to the Arby's down the street, costs a bit more but you will get something fresh and be out of the drive thru in 5-10 mins. read more

I wish I could rate the food but after being ignored in line for 10 plus minutes and the staff staring at the line out the door I left. I went in with my family, with the intention of my child playing at the play park. However after employees ignoring customers, and only "dealing" with door dashers I left. I've been going to this location since November. In 20 plus years of eating McDonalds this is the worst location I've been to across the board in multiple states. The managers were more concerned with laughing and joking rather than take an order. I know McDonald's is a multi billion dollar business, and the fact I wolnt eat there doesn't affect there bottom line. I'll will still take my business elsewhere. Arby's and sonic have way better service. read more

this place has really just become horrible over the past 5 years. super slow service. order is always wrong. Employees have bad attitudes always. if you spend money here just expect to be disappointed always. Good day, all. Took my grandkids yo McDonalds. I judge many places by their restrooms dining rooms, and overall cleanliness .... Then food. Many times that will let me in on how they will most likely approach touching things other people eat..... Men's restroom: sticky floors. Soap dispenser empty. 90 degrees. Toilet out of order. (Sign taped to door) Food was ordered before I hit the restroom, sadly, and we waited a long time for our food. McDonald's Food is hard to mess up since it is so processed and prepackaged. But. Ordered ketchup only. Got ketchup and onions. Fries were cold. How do you mess that up? Some might say you get what ya pay for, but these days this place is very expensive. So if you're not drop-dead hungry for Mickey-D's, pass and find a better place. read more

Simply tried to get a mobile order on my way to work. I wasn't given my sandwich, and I brought it up at the window. They threw their hands up and said well I don't even see it. Unacceptable. I tried leaving a survey via the link on my receipt that didn't seem to do any thing, no response. So off to Yelp. 15 minutes after ordering to receive food. After waiting for 15 minutes I was rewarded with hot nuggets, that was good, but cold fries. Really? I would like to know what takes 15 minutes to cook at McDonalds? Maybe it's nostalgia but McDonalds of the eighties was better, I believe doing away with McDonalds University was a bad mistake on McDonalds part, the stores seemed cleaner and more efficient. The franchise owners of today don't care about the brand or getting service right. Does McDonalds not have standards for their franchises? every single time it's always something, napkins or ketchup or a straw. today it was dry chicken nuggets and fries because of course they didn't add the ranch and ketchup sauces to the order as requested in the app. this place needs better management and someone double checking the to go orders. read more

It was horrible every time I eat it I get a stomach ache! I got fries and chicken nuggets and one of my fries were BURNT and 2 of my chicken nuggets were like jelly! It was disgusting! Pros: Open 24 Hours. Dual split drive thru lanes. Fast service for both drive through or eat in. Cons: Service in the morning can be a little "surly". And double check your order as they like to forget things. Caution. The traffic light at the entrance off US-69 has a revenue enhancement, oops I meant public safety camera to catch red light runners. And if you get a late night Big Mac attack, be prepared. The Excelsior Springs PD likes to follow people leaving here. My family warned me, I experienced it first hand 4x in one week. read more

the experience wasn't the worst experience I've had at a fast food place but it wasn't the best. The speaker is hard to hear so they mess your order up all the time and the food isn't fresh. I ordered chicken nuggets and they were stale and they didn't give me my large Carmel Frappuccino. The inside isn't the cleanest but I'm not grossed out when I walk in. read more

McDonald's, like any place, has its good and bad days. They have many seating options inside and a play place if you have children who could run off some energy. Their drive-through is almost always busy, and I feel they could find a way to make it more efficient. They could find a way to cut the time down a little bit. When I went through the drive-through, they got our order correct but they forgot to give us our straws. The food tasted like how you'd expect a fast-food place to taste like. read more

Pretty sad when after you order,you can read all but one page of a big chapter book before getting food, then get your food to find out half the order is wrong, then you take it inside to have the so called manager joke it off or make up some bs excuse as to why or what happen! it's EVERYTIME I i have tried to grab food from this place! Pretty okay service and accuracy with orders. Most of the time it is clean in there. The bathrooms are usually clean and employees are okay.

Service was good. Food was per what one would expect food from McDonald's. My biggest problem was the two balding men not wearing any sort of head wear to cover what hair they had. One of them even had long hair, I'm talking like down is back long. No hat and was near some of the food. That just grosses me out. read more
