Unfortunately, walking in right at 11AM on Saturday, I was met with the greeting that "Breakfast is over, the only other place that'll have breakfast is Waffle House on the other side of town" (while the last breakfast order of eggs and bacon were being cooked right in front of me). *My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined* Alas, being the good sport that I am, I rolled the dice on some chicken strips and fries along with a grilled cheese sandwich. The grilled cheese was actually good, but the chicken strips and crinkle cut fries were the standard frozen to fryer items and not really worth eating. On one hand, it's curious why they can't just do breakfast all day (or until they run out). But on the other, there was a significant number of people ready for burgers (which did look good) ready to order once breakfast switched to lunch. Maybe just chalk this up to a weird timing deal, but if you miss out on breakfast, you're kinda hosed unless you're down for a burger. If I'm ever back, I'll try to make it for breakfast since that's really what looks great here.
