I called and put my order in over the phone. I order the same order every time which is a pan pizza. They seem to have a bad attitude toward their customers. When I picked it up it was not a pan pizza. It was hand tossed. I told the girl and she kept telling me it was pan. I have been ordering the same pan pizza every time. Worse place in town. Run down and nasty. Ordered wings online when I arrived to pick up order.I was first told they did not have my order until I was able to give them the confirmation number and then they found it. Waited for almost an hour for the Wings and when I asked if they were almost done I found out they had never started the food I requested refund manager took his sweet time doing it and never even apologized, will never return. read more

The rudest!!!! Delivery man!!! Gold impala long dreads, Pulls up to the emergency waiting area were ppl are waiting for there ride after major surgery... he leaves his car running windows down blaring his music right in front of us to the point we all had to move inside the doors. When he walked by and said "hay how ya doing" I replied with "great besides the blaring music" he then says "NOPE I DONT TALK TO KARENS!!!!!!" first off!!!!! That is races AF!! You would not have said that if I WASNT WHITE. Or if I was able to get up out a wheelchair. This Pizza Hut is run-down, with outdated decor, slow service, and messy tables and RUDE employees!!

I was very unhappy with my delivery driver. I had a $5 and asked for change. He said he didn't have change. I use to do deliveries and a driver always has change, some sort. At least for a $5 bill. He traveled 0.4 miles. My delivery charge was $2.99 so I said ok and signed the receipt. He then decided he might have change in his car. Which he did. I have him $2 when I should have told him to have a good night. Even before this he wasn't very pleasant but customer service now days is so different. Anyway...I pay for service to great workers not snotty young kids. Then the pizza was dry. Short on toppings. I'm just happy I'm not from here, just a not so great experience. read more

Been here two or three times now and we always come away with the same impression. The place needs help, management, service, organization are nonexistent. Five or six workers in the back making food, boxes, getting delivery orders ready. Only one person most of the time working the front end of the Business. Sitting the customers, getting the menus, getting the drinks, taking the orders, delivering the orders, following up and cash you out. It's sad had two or three standing near the cash register, But we had to wait for the only one person (Rachel) doing it all in the front of the Business to cash us out. We don't have any complaints about the food it was okay but the service and the organization really really SUCKS !!!!!!!! Owners management get your head out of your ass and wake up you've got a gold mine here get with it. read more

The pizza was good, the rest of the experience not so much. We ate in and had a pan pizza, which we enjoyed though it wasn't as hot as it should have been. Our server did well but she was covering the entire dining area by herself and it was too much. Service suffered through no fault of her own. The floors were dirty, around the salad bar needed to be wiped down and the phones were ringing incessantly. Some of the delivery drivers coming in and out looked downright scary so we won't be getting delivery either. But that's okay as the rather rude sounding young lady was telling people it was going to take an hour and a half. (She really needed to work on her customer service voice.) The folks coming in for carry out didn't look real happy either. They were backed up pretty deep at the counter. read more

Stopped in for lunch and got the buffet. Everything was great and the buffet was always stocked with different types of pizza. One thing to keep in mind is this is Pizza Hut and not a gourmet pizza place. You do get what you pay for. read more

I give this Pizza Hut the lowest rating I have ever given. 1 star. We were rushed through our meal and then watched them make a mess and didn't clean it up. The pizza was good except the cheese needed a few more minutes in the oven. The sauce and bread were perfect light, airy, and well seasoned. read more

Ordered online and when I came in they claimed to have never received it. I was told I ordered from another pizza hut or papa John's. First off we don't have another pizza hut in this town and secondly papa johns doesn't offer the same toppings we ordered. Instead of just saying sorry about the misunderstanding and asking to take my order again they just looked at me like I had a problem. Well my problem was solved because I walked out and just went to little Caesar's. Won't be back and next time I will order from papa John's of vans pizza. read more

Not sure why this location didn't get better reviews. We have always received exceptional service year and food. We have had delivery and pick up with no issues. Haven't dined in. But other options went great and we haven't been disappointed with our food. read more

Friends and I have been several times and the pizza is good. Management is lacking quite a bit. Organization / leadership seems to be their greatest need. A few times we have waited for the cooks for 10 minutes with an empty buffet bar and another time between 15 - 20 minutes. If they have food, you will like it. If they are running low, I wouldn't wait for more if you don't have a ton of time. Enjoy! read more

We've had so many bad experiences here that my husband and I actually stopped going. The food is never bad but the service is horrible. You get seated then wait 20 min to just get drinks. Then they rarely refill your glasses or check on you. We just don't go anymore which is a shame. read more

We have ordered take-out pizza twice. The first time, the pizza crust was so under-cooked that the entire pizza was soggy and we had to fry the pizza slices in a dry skillet to get a crispy bottom on the crust. To be fair, when I called about this, the manager immediately gave me a credit. So last night, we used the credit and got the exact same pizza with the exact same problem. The waitress was rude, one of their delivery drivers yelled at me to hold the f***ing door open for him - while I was seated and eating! - and on top of that our pizza was barely warm. My husband and I refuse to eat at this Pizza Hut. We gave it several chances but every time, it took forever for a server to come to the table and once, we weren't even served at all! After sitting there for about twenty minutes, we finally just left. They weren't busy and the people working there just seemed to stand around doing nothing while we waited for someone to take our order. Never again. Who would think that when they are not busy in the late afternoon that they could not even get here on time! I will never use this Pizza Hut again nor will I go there as a customer.
