The pizza was basically just sauce, but the breadsticks were great! My Dr.pepper was flat. Service was great and kind. Inside decor is like any other Pizza Hut. About $45 for a 3 person meal not bad. read more

Pizza Hut - Inside of Pizza Hut - Pizza Near Me - El Dorado, Kansas

Usually I'm a fan of Pizza Hut, this evening... No, I ordered online where it says ready in 15 minutes, obviously I know it can differ if they are/get busy, the time it gave me for my 1 large pizza & 1 order of breadsticks was 27 mins later, I'm fine with that. Then I get there and there are 2 other people waiting (1 being DoorDash, picking up 2 orders) and wait for another 10 mins before she gets my name & I wait some more. I get home to find this as my pizza, almost every topping fell off what was supposed be the supreme side, needless to say it even taste horrible. I'm not sure what has happened with this Pizza Hut but I feel they have increasingly declined since opening back up after the 2020 shutdown. I typically prefer their pizza over the other pizza places in town, but I think I'm going to start going elsewhere. read more

Nice enough Pizza Hut, but undertrained snd understaffed. Two times in a row the order clerk was clueless about the menu and struggled with the cash register and taking orders. My advise is go elsewhere. read more

Today, 5/20/2023 My wife and I went to eat at a pizza hut at 729 North Main in Eldorado, Ks.. We ordered 2 personal pan pizzas. Th server returned 5 minutes later and told me that the store was out of personal pan pizza dough and could not make our pizzas. This is the second time this has been done to us at a pizza hut. Look, there is no reason on earth that those pizzas could not be made from other dough. This is nothing more than a deceptive business practice to force the customer to purchase more than they can eat. I'm not going to keep this quiet, the world is going to know about this and this goes double for the Better Business Bureau across Kansas. We will not be eating at any pizza hut in the future. I'm going to do my dead level best to make life hard for you. read more

We ordered for delivery, and we didn't get all of what we ordered. When I called to complain, the worker made the excuse that they were really busy...that doesn't excuse not giving us what we paid for! This is not the first time this has happened. read more

The pizza was alright! We like it but the delivery took a while. Will do pick up next time I buy from here. read more

Pizza Hut - a pizza in a pizza box - Pizza Near Me - El Dorado, Kansas

Service is worth less than one star because there was less than service. Pizza was ordered. Website stated out for delivery. And then the order was removed from the site and the branch stated there was no such order! Fraud & theft! read more

Always clean and a great atmosphere. I love the smell of the place and the food is great. Love taking my family there. I personally don't like Pizza Hut ( I prefer papa johns or dominos) but this place is still great read more

Located across from the grocery store and right next to the bridge, traffic gets hectic now and then. Once you get inside, you're hit with cold air and dim lighting. The staff is friendly and eager to please. Our order was to the table quickly and efficiently. Drinks were filled frequently by the ever observant wait staff. The salad bar was fresh, filled and cold. It was an enjoyable experience. read more

Worst service in the Tenderloin. I recommend taking your business elsewhere. I ordered a pizza online on 07/14/2019 at exactly 12:07 PM and immediately walked down to the store, taking approximately 5 minutes. When I arrived, strangely it said my pizza was already ready which is impossible. It looked like the store was empty. I stood at the counter for about 2-3 minutes before I realized the 2 employees (an older Asian man and a middle-aged black girl with dark complexion) in the store were hiding around the corner playing on their phones. Even after I spotted one of them they still refused to greet me or get up to provide me service. Finally after the Asian man told the black girl there was someone at the counter several times she reluctantly put her phone down and came to the counter. After all this and the pizza not even have been started or prepared she informs me that their "EBT machine is down" which happens every time they are slow and don't seem to want to do anything for some reason. And the girl at the register is the ONLY employee that it's always down for. What a coincidence... Horrible service. Horrible employees. And a terrible franchise. Won't be giving my business to Pizza Hut anymore... This is at LEAST the 4th time this has happened to me. Unacceptable. I'd starve before I spent another dollar here with such an incompetent staff. I'm sure with that type of work ethic they don't even bother washing their hands before preparing your food. I guess the only thing they have pride for is parades... because they sure don't take pride in their work. read more

I placed a to go order and ask what specials they had...I was only told of one special...When I went to pick up my pizza and got in the car I looked at their on line specials...and my order did fall under one of the specials...when I went in to complain that I had been over charged and they did indeed have a special for what I had ordered I was told by the manager that took the order that I didn't order it as a special so the discount didn't apply....I was charge $32 for 2 medium pizzas...Looks like my weekly pizza will be with another franchise...I hope you enjoy the $15 you screwed me out of because it will be the last you get from me. read more

Went in yesterday evening, 12/19/2018, Wednesday evening. Service was great, Place was very clean, salad bar was clean and fresh. I ordered a sandwich and fries plus one trip salad bar. Food was excellent. Hot and prepared well, tasted great. Also, unlike so many other places AND Pizza huts I've been too, everyone was busy and stayed busy......non of these dweebs standing around plastered to their cell phones texting like nothing else matters on earth but them. Very, very good experience! Kudos to whoever was managing last night and to the staff!! read more

First trip to this Pizza Hut at 6:30 on a Friday night. No customers in sight in the dining area. A server gets up from a booth, seems annoyed we walked in and heads our way as we stand at the "Please Wait To Be Seated" sign. She takes us to a booth of which we had to ask for the seat to be wiped off. She asked for our drink orders but doesn't know if they have diet dr pepper. She takes or order and doesn't return until she brings the pizza. We had 1 trip salad bars. Some items completely empty or near empty. Lettuce was the bottom of the barrel. Floor area was a filthy. ( As we sit writing this review, a guy appears from the back to clean it up , all the while his ass was hanging out. ) Pizza was delivered hot and in a timely fashion. A family comes in and yells at their kids the entire time they were here. One guy came in for a to go order. Another guy came in and a man from the back joins him to eat. Not sure we will return. read more
