Good: Pizza was fantastic!! Ordered cheeseburger pizza and was not dissapointed. Flavor freshness, and hot out of the oven. Bad:Ordered online and was not given an option to pay at pick up. Placed order @ 6:33pm provided a ready time of 7:03pm. We arrived at the appointed time and then were told it would be an additional 15 minites. Finally received pizza @7:21pm. Problem: asked the employee about the additional 15 minutes and asked why the online ordering doesn't adjust to the volume. She said it never adjust and she said they were slammed. She apologized and said it should be ready in 15 minutes. I felt her response was just standard boiler plate that she throws out every day. Waiting 45 minutes really not cool when a lot of apps for online ordering can actually calculate a GOOD pick up time. Manager and Owners need to do better. You have a good product but questioning my return status. read more

First off, the pizza is great. No complaints there. But I ordered delivery, and Knolla's recommends ordering through Toast because then I wouldn't have to pay a surcharge that the restaurant charges. The delivery absolutely sucks!! Toast subcontracts through DoorDash and UberEats- no problem with that, but it's been over an hour since my pizza was picked up from the restaurant. Originally it was going to be approx 15 from pick up to delivery at my house. They keep pushing the time back 5-10 minutes each time. I'm still waiting for the pizza, which I'm sure won't be fresh or hot now. I called and texted the delivery driver but never got a response. I called the restaurant and told them that it really reflects poorly on them since they are the one who recommended that I order my delivery through Toast. The employee was super nice, but couldn't do anything for me since I ORDERED THROUGH TOAST. But, she did say she would relay my comments to the manager. This is our go to date night pizza joint every Friday. The staff is amazing, the atmosphere is cozy and comfortable and the food is incredible. My wife always gets the NY style pizza with pesto sauce and I change it up week to week. You can order by the slice or by the pie size. Their salads are so fresh and amazing! Finally tried Knolla's after moving to Wichita 5 years ago. I'll admit, it just never really appealed to me but I truly feel like most pizza in Wichita is just "OK." This was pleasantly better than okay! The crust was surprisingly tasty. Texture was good and had a nice chew on it. The sauce definitely is straight red sauce, no sweetness at all, quite acidic actually when tasting it on its own but complimented the other flavors of the pizza. I had the pizza with jalapeños, green olives, and sausage--- I forget the name. It was a salt lovers' dream. Not for the faint. My husband had the Buffalo chicken which 100% our fault-- we didn't realize it was a bbq sauce base instead of a wing sauce base? Just honestly not for us. I wish they had the more traditional version. The chicken on it was quite dry as well. Breadsticks were great. Not hard at all. Nice soft bread and the seasoning on them wasn't overwhelming. Their famous ranch was good-- was it the best I've ever had? Definitely not, but I could see the appeal. Our family lives in Andover and It used to be Worth It to us to drive about 20 minutes to get a pizza From Knollas. But the last time we for pizza from them it was just luke warm by the time we got home. I didn't pick up last time, so I decided to check upon arrival. Well the first thing that took me aback was that my total for two large pizzas and 1 medium was $72.41 I didn't remember when pizza got that expensive.. lol. I asked the girl at the take out counter how much each pizza was and she replied that each large was $23.50 and the medium was $18.50. Whoa. We called it in and didn't realize, but okay.. at least we were getting a good pizza, right? I was leaving a $2 tip (since they ask on their screen, even though I was picking up) and as I grab the boxes I realize they are cold to the touch. So I look at her and say "pizzas are going to be hot, right?" To which she replied "they should be..." so I open up one box and touch the pizza. Warm. Not hot. Our drive is about 18 min away. By the time we get home pizzas would be cold. So I ask, "don't you guys have ovens to keep the pizzas warm?" To which without missing a beat she says "our pizza warmers are broken." No apology, no offer to perhaps throw pizza on oven to reheat for us. Nothing. I could've said "this is the last time we order from Knollas" but decided she didn't seem to care and why waste my time. I left disappointed to pay over $70 on 3 pizzas and we get home and now I am warming them in my oven. I regretted the tip, which would've at least come along with a kind service attitude. But that is not to be expected here apparently. No pizza warmers guys, and honestly pizza lacks a bit of salt if you ask me. Not worth the price, saddened because we try to support local. Unless we can eat in the restaurant we won't order to-go again. Stick to Ziggy's Wichita, they rarely disappoint! First , the cheese on the my breadsticks was not melted , it was just sitting on top and fell off the breadstick when you picked it up. . First of all price shock; Appetizer came out cold in middle; so they took half eaten mozz sticks and threw back in deep fryer. wth then brought them back out and still did not taste right; like they were old or freezer burned. Second pizza came out/ pepperoni/ham the ham no where to be seen; very little pepperoni.. sauce may as well been tomato sauce. The service from most was well; but one lady brought out the mozz sticks and sat them on edge of table reaching and slide them across table at me.. Rest of service was ok.. Here's one of those "best places in town" as touted by local media. I guess when you live in the town that Pizza Hut started, it doesn't take too much of an effort for people to think you have a "good" pizza. I had been itching to get here, because I had heard about the "coney island pizza," thinking, wow, two of my favorite things, coney island hot dogs, and pizza, combined! This will be GREAT! I ordered two small pies to go, the coney island, and the all meat, because I was hungry for pizza, and got the meat one as a back-up in case I didn't like the coney pie. The coney is topped with hot dogs, hot dog chili sauce, diced dill pickles and onion, and a swirl of yellow mustard. Conceptually? Interesting. Reality? YUCK! I tried one bite. Ewww. Tried rolling the slice, and pretending the crust was a hot dog bun. Ewwww. Offered the remaining pie to two homeless guys, they passed. So I opened the meat box, and one couldn't complain about the quantity of toppings. One could complain about the quality, however. Nothing disturbs me more than picking up a slice, and having the entire top, cheese and toppings, slide off the crust into the box. OK, there's one thing that disturbs me equally, as much, picking up a slice, and having all the toppings roll off into the box. Such was the case here. The sausage was akin to "Sysco Meat Crumbles #2 or some such. Lifeless, tasteless, and looking suspiciously, all by their lonesome in the box, like something a furry big eared animal might leave behind. I'll post a video later. For now, these pics, the coney and the meat pie. I always try to find the good in a place, and I thought a hand-tossed crust might be Knolla's redemption, but even that fell flat. Lifeless was a word I used above, and I'd say it again about the crust. It just didn't have any pizazz at all. A floury taste. Maybe they didn't proof it. The location I was at, pure carry-out, except one table in front, for two. They were very busy. Somebody obviously likes these pies; just not me. They have four or more locations. Recommended by the manager at the hotel we're staying at, we gave it a try. Delivery was super fast. Pizza isn't overly large. The large pizza was a lot smaller than the box it was in. Cut into 12 slices, most were more of slice slivers. Two of us easily split and finished the pizza. Size aside, flavor of pizza and crust were very good and satisfying. Also, not particularly cheap. We stopped in for an option of lunch that also had something gluten free for our daughter. The single slices are made to order, and let you choose any 5 toppings. All of our food was great, and the crust was soft and fluffy. The house salad was incredible, and there seemed like the perfect amount of toppings, almost burying the lettuce.
