I'm not sure if I'm just used to rude and crappy service where I live (Shreveport LA) or what, but they were really friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was clean and well kept and the food was fast and what you'd expect. I guess for me, it's just the little things that make the difference. This Burger King is the Chick-fil-a of burger kings. I hope the service that I had is the standard for this location.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. They seriously need to improve their customer service, food quality, and transparency with prices and charges. I definitely would not recommend this location.

I had a butterscotch, roasted pecan, double malted malt, and it was fantastic. The ice cream is very good quality and that plays a great part in the overall flavor. Few places make actual malts these days, but this place does and they are good at it too. The young man that served me could have played the low talker on an episode of Seinfeld, as I had to lean all the way across the counter to hear what he was saying, and I get that some people are just very shy; but other than that I really enjoyed the ice cream. Will definitely be going back even though it means traveling from Madison to get it.
