7 years ago when I moved close to Delhi I started eating there often and everything was always very good! However in the past year it's been going downhill fast! People have been complaining about this all around town and I had to deal with it myself tonight. I pull up,a well put together white man who wants nothing more than a burger and to go home and go to sleep after working 13 hours. Yet I press the button it lights up and all every things seems to be working fine. Meanwhile 3 hood rats pull up 2 slots over and get their meal no problem. We ordered ahead on the app only to be told their ice cream machine was down. We waited almost 45 minutes and repeatedly kept asking multiple people for a refund since we did not get our shakes. They told us over and over they took care of it but did not want to give us a receipt showing it was refunded. They kept lying saying the manager had already processed the refund but would not give us proof.They finally gave us a refund for 2 out of 3 shakes in cash that I paid for on the app. We looked on the receipt and we didn't get a full refund for the shakes. We gave up and left without asking for the refund for the 3rd shake out of anger and frustration that they lied to us. read more

Just waited on by Cassi in Delhi location. She was super pleasant and friendly. She had ketchup in a little cup in her tray. I could tell she probably stays organized! A gentleman also came by after I was served with a tray full of condiments checking to see if I needed anything else. I experienced a very attentive staff. I will come back here the next time I come through Delhi. Side note - I used the restroom & it was very clean too. That's always a nice sign! read more

I will give 1 star for speed but it is pointless when they served us a dripping messy drink. The cherry limeade was terrible!, it tasted like grenadine not cherry. The lettuce tasted moldy and was soggy. Mayo runny and watered down, on a hard, stale bun. The meat had a stale taste too, and was COLD! We were so hungry but we could not eat them! Overall the worst Sonic burger I have ever had in my 30+ years of eating sonic! Whoever owns the Delhi, Louisiana Sonic franchise needs to be checked on by Corporate for sure, I really like Sonic and I am glad we were just passing through and will never have to eat there again! Not real fast service. Got our huge order correct. Six meals no napkins and had to request dipping sauces 3 times. Bathrooms not the best. Toilet didn't flush and sinks stopped up after washing your hands. Wouldn't stop here again. read more

Drinks are very bad. Every time you order something like a cherry coke it's just a plain coke with cherries added in. No syrup to actually make the drink "Cherry". They also like to short change when paying for your order. I would just skip this one and drive the few extra miles to go to the one in Rayville but sometimes they are just as bad. read more
