Waited in line for over 30 minutes and still didnt get our order taken before we just left. I asked for corporate number and the manager told me that she didn't have time to stop what she was doing to give me a number. They wouldn't even give me a store number, told me to get it from another customer's receipt. The front worker was not taking lobby orders despite seeing that the line was long and people were frustrated, but she told us that she'll get to us "when she can".....The table were filthy, flies everywhere, no ice, bathrooms out of order, trash cans running over, food and trash on the floors, and people were walking out. Please get better management at this location or just shut it down because it has gone down over the years. read more

Hard to believe this place could get any worse but it has. I am at the point now where I am making it my mission for this sorry place to close to allow a better breakfast place to buy the building as they are one of the few places to stop on my way to work in the mornings. I will just give last weeks summary for an idea of how bad it is. Last Thursday, I stopped on way home for a burger(which I never do) to be told they were not gonna help me because they did not have enough staff. Rude as normal as well. The following morning, I stopped for breakfast to be told they were out of biscuits again(this is a common thing). Well fast forward to the following Monday. I stopped by in the morning to be told again, they are not waiting on people due to staff! So I rush to go elsewhere like always when this happens. I was willing to give one more chance again this morning. I go through the drive thru. I wait a couple of minutes and then I say hello through the speaker to get their attention, to just be told rudely that they were closed and waiting on a manager again! BTW this is over an hour past their opening time of 5:30 AM. So that is it. Even though I will have to drive further to get morning breakfast, I am never going to that joke of a place again. They need to just close so they can be replaced! To make matters worse, BK now will not even let you contact a manager to file a problem. They want you to deal with that AI crap only. We don't eat fast food too often but we were driving through the interstate and needed lunch. So we stopped here. I'm not sure if I'm just used to rude and crappy service where I live (Shreveport LA) or what, but they were really friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was clean and well kept and the food was fast and what you'd expect. I guess for me, it's just the little things that make the difference. I am so disappointed with this business. I purchased a 2 for $6 which included an impossible whopper. I love this sandwich, but this time, it was not prepared well; it was burnt and cold (pic below). Since I was just passing through I tried to call both locations--the one in Delhi & the one in my nearby hometown to see if I could just get a replacement order later. Neither location answered the phone. The next day, April 17, I stopped by the Burger King on 5150 Forsythe Byp. and asked if they would give me a replacement order. The employee, after hearing my story, responded (per the manager) they could not. I asked for the manager, and Fred told me that I would have to drive 40 minutes back to the other Burger King to replace a $3 sandwich! He said if he replaced it, it would come out of his inventory! (Later confirmed by corporate) I asked for the number to corporate, and he disappeared, sending an employee back to the window with the wrong phone number! It was a three dollar sandwich for heaven's sake! I have been in customer service for 30 years, working in restaurants, call centers and now my own business. Burger King's policy is absolute stupidity, especially at a time when restaurants are competing so hard for business in this COVID-19 environment. I really wish I could say something nice about this joint. Talk about lazy!!! The bathroom left much to be desired on top of that one of the toilets was clogged. One more flush and the basin was going to overflow. So with due diligence I shared this info with the girl taking our order. To my great surprise (not) as her energy level was at a low point, she expressed that she didn't understand why there was no "out of order" on the door! I should have read the reviews before stopping, but was hungry and on the road. Place was dirty, not a clean table. We cleaned our own. The girl taking our order didn't smile, didn't even ask to take our order, she just looked at us and then acted like she didn't know how to work her register. Our order was all kinds of messed up. This the absolutely the worst Burger King of all. I have been to this location 4 times in the past five weeks. Guess what, they have no burger buns. So guess what. No burgers. This has happened three times. It's "Burger King". Then you try to order, and the staff is yelling obscenities at each other. The place is absolutely disgusting. The parking lot is full of people waiting on their food. Bc they make everyone pull up so that the cars get off of the timer box they have inside that reports back to let corporate know the average wait times. This is by far the WORST BK I've ever visited! First, the worker kept cleaning tables that no one needed, while I waited for her to take my order. Second, it took long for them to fix my food. It's been a long time since I have been so disgusted by the lack of cleanliness of a restaurant. If I had seen the state of the lobby before I ordered, I would have left. I arrived at 6:15 in the morning, so neither the night shift or openers cleaned. The soda fountain had dried soda all over the front of it. There were coffee stains all over the countertop. The napkins were strewn about. The trash can had dried ketchup or BBQ sauce all over the front of it. Then, the worker made all of our food without gloves or using tongs- yes, that means she used her BARE hands. It made me scared to eat the food I ordered. If the lobby is that dirty, what does the grill area look like? I don't know when I'll be willing to risk my health again at another Burger King. The District Manager is Margaret Wall. Most of the employees were hanging out outside. The one that waited on seemed miserable and had an attitude. 2 minutes before my family and I left, the other employees decided to grace us with their presence. Once all the employees were all inside, they were carrying on a conversation with racist content. When I went to ask for a ranch dressing for my son, I was greeted with a sarcastic, nasty attitude about what I wanted. The restaurant was filthy. There was no changing station for my baby.
