we ordered a pan pizza with ham pepperoni an mushrooms, picked it up got home 30 minutes away found it to be a hand tossed not pan and had no mushroom. We called to complain the girl that answered informed us the we're out of mushrooms and out of pan pizzas and was very rude. We asked to talk to a manager and we were told the manager was busy and wouldn't talk to us. we were not offered any compensation or even an apology. read more

Any restaurant that refuses a customer satisfaction is automatically banned. If it were a bigger deal, I'd write a letter and pursue the issue, possibly get a small victory and give the location another chance. Not today. Jenny worked hard trying to keep up with the 8 or 9 tables she was assigned. No help. The other folks were attempting to keep up in the kitchen. It's not my fault you're busy and no one will work Christmas weekend. Thank you for your efforts, Jenny, you earned the only star this review receives. The boneless wings weren't very good. The huge puddle of sauce they were swimming in ended up in a to-go cup so we could dip something else at home in it. Frugal! I've attached a photo of our XL Big New Yorker signature pizza and the menu photo. We felt it was over done, even burnt in a couple spots (on the bottom). The manager felt differently and refused to do anything about it. "It tends to look burnt because of all the pepperoni" was his best explanation. So it appears the customer is NOT always right and there's no sending something back if your not satisfied. The times they are a changin' It's good that you know their policy before ordering. Cannot believe how Tiffany acted tonight! Very poor service! Made the order over the charlevoix phone line by pressing 3., called back because I forgot and wanted to add some cinnamon bons on my order- and the lady who answered Tiffany, was the most disrespectful person. She hung up after 50 seconds and wouldn't answer the phone when I called back several times... like am I getting my order now Tiffany?? Check the phone log photo. Then now 10:45 she ( Tiffany) calls me and said "whatever , anyways I was busy" Like what?? You hung up and said your oven was broke down. Then call me and tell me to get my order before 11... I informed her I was leaving my review of how poorly she acted. Told her have a goodnight and hung up. She called back and started yelling something and I hung up again. She needs to be fired. Placed an order online for dinner, however I could not change the crust to a "PAN" . As I research this , I find it is because this pizza hut (Charlevoix) must have been out of those crusts. Pizza Hut has been one of my favorite restaurants since I was a kid. You can't find this taste of food anywhere else. Their sauce is definitely one of a kind. And there's something magical about their red cups ; the soda taste extra crisp and delicious in those things. Their breadsticks have always been an item I've always ordered with my purchase. So, I traveled here all the way from Petoskey after I worked all day. Was the trip worth it? Yes. BUT... They only had 1 waitress doing all the orders in the lobby. Which was just my family of 7 people and 2 other families with lots of people as well. She never asked us for refills, my children had to go up to the front pickup area and ask for them. When she brought us our food she did not bring plates so we took some off the buffet/salad bar area. We asked twice for napkins. I also asked her a few times pointing to the picture on the menu of a pizza asking if that was pan because that's what I wanted but we ended up getting hand tossed pizzas instead. And there was a few other things she forgot. She was a very sweet kind lady but she might've been overwhelmed with covering such large groups alone. I believed she did her best. And sometimes that's the best we can do. The food was good. And yes I will go back only because it's the closest one to me. read more

I went here on April 19 to take out a pizza. My order was taken and a receipt printed about 5:15 pm. While waiting, the cashier announced that he would not seat any more patrons and that they would only do take out orders due to being short staffed. The cashier was also assisting in the kitchen making pizzas. After about 30 minutes waiting the cashier began to search for my order and pizza. After about 45 minutes not being able to find the order slip, he began to make my pizza. At that point I told him to stop and give me a refund. It took another 5-8 minutes to process a refund because he had to talk to a supervisor to learn the procedure. At no time did the cashier apologize or offer some type of compensation for the inconvenience. While waiting, I had a chance to observe the pizza preparation. None of the men involved in food preparation were wearing gloves. One person even had a bandage on his hand. This was my worst experience at a Pizza Hut. read more

This place and the workers are amazing!! This is not your typical pizza chain restaurant....it is exceptional! We have dined inside two times over the past month and the service and food FAR EXCEEDED our highest expectations. I am shocked by some of the other reviews posted - but I can attest that our experience with service and food are off the charts! This is the best pizza around...not your typical Pizza Hut....it is made with care and attention to detail. The people working there make the difference. Additionally, it is exceptionally clean! Rayder women's Basketball put in a modest order of varied pizzas on 11/15 for their 1st team dinner of the basketball season. Not only were the pizzas delicious (ample toppings) but they were ready for pick up as arranged & the staff were as congenial as they were efficient ( shout out to Nicole!). Well done! read more

Normally I place my orders in Petoskey With that being said if you order through their phone app be very careful. The last time I used it I waited 2 hrs for delivery. When I finally called to check on order I was told they never got it because the online order printer was turned off and they were not aware of the order. 1 year later I decide to try it again Give another go at it The old college try Hahahahaha This time I place an order for me and my fellow coworkers on the app. Big mistake!!!! I get alerts on my phone for every transaction that I make to monitor identity theft so when I got an alert for my pizza purchase for more then what the app said I was going to pay I was shocked. When I called them they tried to argue that they raised their prices and that they now charge a fee for using credit cards on the app. Now keep in mind there is nothing on the app that says prices can change at any time nor is there anything that says there is a credit card fee only a thank you for your purchase your total is $xx.xx and your delivery will be 55 min In the end they did credit me back the difference with a chicken scratch note explaining the charges and the delivery was on time pizza still warm So I give them 2/5 stars for poor initial service and a prior bad experience. Glad we gave it a try. Pizza was good and our server was great! Brought crayons for our daughter right away. We knew what we wanted so she took our order right away. Wasn't much of a crowd, so we got our bread sticks quickly and our pizza right after we finished our sticks. I was concerned about this place after seeing it. The appearance on the outside is a little drab. Looks like it would smell and be dirty but it looked clean inside and did not smell bad. Excellent Service all-around. I was a bit leery about ordering online, as a previous experience ordering online through another local chain had caused me nothing but headaches, but I work close by and time is of the essence while on one's lunch hour. So I placed the order through their webpage (easy, colorful & quick!) and got a GREAT deal; LARGE pizza & all the toppings I wanted for 11 & change out the door. ( The other local chain wants almost as much for a 1 topping small pizza) The pizza was lovely; evenly cooked, crust that was crispy on the outside, buttery & soft on the inside. Young fellow who cashed me out was courteous, friendly & offered me napkins & even paper plates. We ordered a med ham pizza and wings, we were served a pepperoni pizza with breadsticks. The food took a very long time (mind you there were only two other families dining).
