First of all you have to ORDER don't depend on the salad bar being stocked up. Got an original pan crust pizza and honestly 10/10- just like I remember from childhood. Also- the price right! read more

Fast service, great nostalgia being able to sit in actual Pizza Hut. Personal pan pizzas are always great!

Pizza Hut has always been my favorite! Did go to in for the lunch buffet, they were short staffed and could not keep up. That day it was not worth the price. Love the thin crust it is my favorite. The pizza is consistently cooked no matter the Pizza Hut you go to. read more

Service was good but the salad bar only had a few toppings and they were not fresh. Pizza was not good. The few they had out were basically the same kinds. read more

The 2nd in command manager at the green mountain store in branson mo. came out of the kitchen yelling and cussing in front of my children from the back entrance of the kitchen to the front of the store and out the front door. The GM and I caught him passing a joint standing in the front door with it open . Him and the other manager saw us then turned around and went inside. I cant believe he still works there to this day. My kids are afraid of this guy and will not go in to see their own mother. read more

Terrible experience. Unfortunately, the salad bar had very little to offer. Literally, just lettuce and cheese. Service was awful and we don't expect much. She over charged us for everything. Charged us for salads as meals. And $15 for a $7 pizza deal. We asked her to correct it and she said she didn't know what to do. She ended up taking off $4, which was just weird since the accurate amount would have been about $15 cheaper. We waited 10 mins for a to go box, that never came, so we went up and stood by the cash register for at least 15 mins. One guy said I'll be with you in a minute, then never came back. Finally, our waiter came to the front and gave us the botched bill. It was an awful experience. Sad, because we used to love going in there a few years back. If you're thinking about going, save yourself and don't. read more

December 2018- Regina had the pizza stocked when we got here for lunch today and it was fresh! This was a huge improvement from the last 3 times we had been here. Will definitely try them again. **** Update**** October 2018-This place is a hit or miss. There are times I come here and the food and customer service are spot on. Other times, you'll wait for a seat, wait forever for your food, or servers are less than happy. Today wasn't a great day for them and neither was the last two times I've been here. It was buffet lunch which my kids love. But. They kept bringing out sausage. Sausage everything. When we walked in, there was one slice of cheese left and two pepperoni. We took what was lefFigured they'd be replacing either of those soon since there was a full sausage pizza sitting out too. Instead, they brought another sausage pizza out but this one had olives. Then another meat pizza and a pepperoni pizza with peppers. We waited forever (at least 10 min) after mentioning the kids would love some cheese pizza. Unfortunately, that moment never came. We paid, we left. read more

Terrible service and a waste of my money. The employee answering the phone was very abrupt and rushed me through my order. I had to repeat myself several times and in the end I had her read it back to me for clarity. She read it back correctly, then didn't bother to put any of it on my ticket, so my order was still wrong. Additionally, there are so many topping just thrown on my pizza that it's soggy and falling apart and most of the middle is under cooked. There is a reason this place has so many negative reviews. Don't waste your time. read more

First time I have ordered carry out from this Store. Ordered thin crust supreme. Was terrible! Crust tasted like cardboard, there was no cheese on it. Will not choose them for pizza again. Staff was friendly read more

I've been to the Pizza Hut several times. Always great service. Recently I placed a to go order and there was a mistake. The manager did an awesome job and more than made up for it. This is a great example of a business that what's to take care of their customers. Thank you! read more

Food was fantastic, hot, and came early! Very impressed with this location! They even brought condiments and wet naps just in case.

Absolutely the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to. Ordered online, waited 20 minutes, drove there, stood behind a party of 3 acted like they had never been to a pizza place and then proceeded to pay individually. Then the young lady behind the counter had no idea how to run the register. Now it's my turn, I say I have an online order. She can find no order for me. It's not there. Then the so called manager walks up and says "oh our online order system is screwed up". WTF if your system is not working, take it down. I got no apology nothing. He just said I'll take your order now very rudely. I didn't wait for another pizza and will never go back there again read more

Extremely nice taking my order, offered suggestions to save me a little bit of money. Driver arrived with the order in about 20 minutes. Very professional franchise and very good pizza. read more

The pizza was good. I just had a small mushroom and cheese so nothing too difficult. I was concerned with the cleanliness of the place. The bathroom doors were in dire need of cleaning or a good paint job and the cook came out from the back and that really scared me. He was so hairy and it just left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Probably wont' go back. read more

Went here for dinner with my cousin and it was by far the worst Pizza Hut I've ever been to. Everything was covered in tons of dust, food on the walls and floor, our pizza smelt and tasted strongly like bleach ( which then caused us to feel very sick the rest of the day ) , charged us extra for things we didn't ask for on the pizza and staff that either paid no attention to our needs or stared at us in the distance. Coming from someone that has worked in a food business, this place is definitely behind on health codes and needs serious work or to be shut down. AWFUL place to go. If you're looking for a decent Pizza Hut I would greatly suggest taking a drive to the one in Osage Beach. read more

I order a pizza from here a week ago and it was the worst pizza I have ever ate. The pizza was so thin and greasy. The slices weren't cut even, if they were even cut at all. Definently not happy with the pizza I received. read more
