If you have more than 6 you might get separated , I would call and ask ahead. Now for the goods: Atmosphere: great small town sports vibe, TVs at many of the tables! Staff: incredibly friendly I would come again on this alone. Wings: if you come on Wednesday's you're in for a treat. Amazing deal if you want 10 or 20 wings. Their standard buffalo sauce is amazing very unique and the color is unique, more buttery than hot in my opinion. Pizza: this was my first time trying pizza in Calgary. I found it to be very tasty and priced well. Not sold yet on the crispy cheese on top, tasted a little too crispy in some spots but I'll give it another try for sure! Great local place with small time feelings! I will come again, especially on Wednesday's!

Worse on Steak night and wing night parking is next to nil to find!! We sat in the restaurant part of Ole Town restaurant. This is an incredibly mixed bag. I'll start with the negatives so I can end with the good stuff…read more As someone else mentioned, the wings are on the smaller side, but 15 for around $14 isn't a bad deal these days and frankly I'd prefer more smaller than less bigger. Personal preference, but obviously not everyone will agree with that. The bigger issue is that they are breaded. The pictures on the website make it look like they are traditional chicken wings, they definitely aren't and there is quite a bit of breading on them. This matters for a few reasons. The first is unless you are talking boneless "wings" a traditional chicken wing is unbreaded. If you serve a dish that is prepared in a non-traditional manner you should probably footnote that. The next issue is caused by the first. When you have a breaded wing that is then spun the breading gets soggy and you essentially end up with a chicken sponge. When your restaurant only functions as a takeout/delivery location that sogginess gets compounded by the breading taking on moisture from the steam. Hot soggy mess. The good? Well the Extra Hot sauce is actually extra hot! Which is great! Most places their hot tastes like ketchup and their "extra hot" tastes like ketchup that was stored near a bottle of Franks Hot Sauce. The sauce was well flavored and a great heat level. Other thing, their blue cheese is just so-so, but their garlic dipping sauce is outstanding. It almost reminds me of the garlic sauce that schwarma places serve. The lady working there was also really nice.

Beef short ribs were thin, tender, beautifully charred, well-seasoned but slightly under salted. The accompanied ginger garlic sauce tasted weak, hot sauce was better. Pistachio curry (ground almonds, cashews and pistachios) with tandooried chicken cubes: creamy, delicious, good to the last drop of nuttiness: unforgettable, but oily. Really enjoyed garlic naan (best dish of the meal): good-portioned, expertly baked with flaky/crisp skin, its thin fluffy dough culminating in a delightful mouthfeel. Asmara (lager from Eritrea) - we snagged their last bottle: golden, mildly effervescent, hint of bitterness, so drinkable.
