Instead of completing my order, the staff member began taking another drive-through order while I was waiting at the window. When I tried to get her attention, I was met with confusion and no clear communication. After waiting further without being served or even acknowledged properly, I chose to leave. This seemed less like a rush issue and more like a breakdown in basic process and customer service. A simple "please hold" to the next customer while finishing the order at the window would have resolved the situation. Unfortunately, this experience reflects poorly on staff training and service standards. They've also lost me as a customer--there are plenty of burger options out there, and nothing about this experience gave me a reason to come back.
