Just 2 concerns..the seating area is not handicap accessible..ramp into restaurant..one step into initial seating area then 3 huge steps with railing into larger seating area with 4 top tables and booths. Some of the middle booth tables was imbalanced and needs secured...luckily we could choose another table and there are two outside picnic tables. All the food was served in to go styroform boxes so it did take the ambiance a notch. So I would be interested in trying some more of their food..the bavlava looked great but not on my present diet and I would have loved a spinach pie ..hubbie was very happy with his dpuble smashburger and fries. Two female staff members behind the counter looked at him several times & did not offer help. He finally asked if someone could fix the problem. Burger was remade but he was told "that's not what was entered." (Duh, that's why he brought it back.) No apology. Burger itself was cold, & it was microwaved when the cheese was added. Receipt had medium for one meal, but was given a small drink cup & small fries. We didn't even attempt to get this fixed after the time it took to fix just missing cheese. Receipt had dine in & our food was given to us in a bag instead of a tray. Note that the restaurant was not busy inside or through the drive through. Shows a lack of customer service and behind the counter staff who can prepare what's on the receipt. Don't waste your time or money here.

I have requested a refund through the app which is told by an employee at this store, is what I…read morehave to do 3 different times because I live over an hour away, but recently I ordered from this store and my order accidentally went there. I reordered from the store where I live and coincidentally enough there is a store on this street where I live in Bellefontaine, Ohio. I picked up my order from my hometown store and the employee told me to call the Bucycrus store and have them cancel my order and I would receive a refund, I called and the person said it wasn't possible to cancel the order I would have to request the refund through the app. I did the refund request 3x through the app and was supposed to receive an email and that was 5 days ago and I haven't heard anything back. I'm very disappointed so I called today and asked for a manager and they only work until 2pm, go figure I don't get off until 4pm. I guess I just may have well flushed $20 down the toilet. The funny thing is the employee at the store where I live said all Subways have the same POS system and they should have just cancelled my order and I would have received my refund in 24 hours. So if your order isn't right or bad don't expect a refund from this establishment.
