I reordered from the store where I live and coincidentally enough there is a store on this street where I live in Bellefontaine, Ohio. I picked up my order from my hometown store and the employee told me to call the Bucycrus store and have them cancel my order and I would receive a refund, I called and the person said it wasn't possible to cancel the order I would have to request the refund through the app. I did the refund request 3x through the app and was supposed to receive an email and that was 5 days ago and I haven't heard anything back. I'm very disappointed so I called today and asked for a manager and they only work until 2pm, go figure I don't get off until 4pm. I guess I just may have well flushed $20 down the toilet. The funny thing is the employee at the store where I live said all Subways have the same POS system and they should have just cancelled my order and I would have received my refund in 24 hours. So if your order isn't right or bad don't expect a refund from this establishment.

Shows a lack of customer service and behind the counter staff who can prepare what's on the receipt. Don't waste your time or money here.

For context, a little bit of a side story. Growing up in town one of my favorite things to eat was a BLT fold over from Pizza Brothers. Unfortunately when they went out of business I could no longer get it. However, breezy's offers any of their pizzas as a fold over if you want.
