I reordered from the store where I live and coincidentally enough there is a store on this street where I live in Bellefontaine, Ohio. I picked up my order from my hometown store and the employee told me to call the Bucycrus store and have them cancel my order and I would receive a refund, I called and the person said it wasn't possible to cancel the order I would have to request the refund through the app. I did the refund request 3x through the app and was supposed to receive an email and that was 5 days ago and I haven't heard anything back. I'm very disappointed so I called today and asked for a manager and they only work until 2pm, go figure I don't get off until 4pm. I guess I just may have well flushed $20 down the toilet. The funny thing is the employee at the store where I live said all Subways have the same POS system and they should have just cancelled my order and I would have received my refund in 24 hours. So if your order isn't right or bad don't expect a refund from this establishment.

The food was very hot, made just as we asked, and she was very good at keeping us in refills. All in all the best dine in family pizza experience in bucyrus (bakers pizza is great but it's more of a bar then family restaurant) and you can't beat $10 for a large 5 item.
