I don't know this place is even in business, the staff are nice enough an all but this place can't even make a Plain double cheeseburger properly! They don't use their timers so they serve old crusty food, fries aren't fully cooked or salted half the time, service is entirely too slow for sandwiches to come out lookin' like they were put together in a house fire w half the condiments not even on the sandwich but in the wrapper If ya even get all the ingredients supposed to be on the item, no pickles or 6 stacked in the middle of the bun... I used to work here everything has a timer Practically Automated all they have to do is put in uncooked and pull out Cooked when it beeps! Timers on how long food is to be kept are not used, and some of these people can't count back Change when the register does the Math all they have to do is know how many of each denomination of coin = 47c but even That's a Stretch here... Double cheeseburger... Had Double Burger too not just double the Cheese! And Sure they'll replace what wasn't given with your order but everyone doesn't live 2 doors down and even what I did get is cold by the time I get the rest of my order and sit down to eat! This Is Every Day! Mostly I just get my dogs treats here an it's hardly Fit for that but some days I'm in a rush and hungry... We ordered our food off the app which consisted mainly of milkshakes and mcflurries with a couple of meals (McNuggets and fries). After 26 minutes of waiting we weren't able to receive a single one of our milkshakes or mcflurries because their machine was broken. All they gave us was a couple bucks in cash and we weren't able to enjoy our drinks. Not only were the drinks the problem, our fries were severely undercooked and didn't have salt. Also, our McNuggets were missing multiple pieces. To say this was a bad dining experience is an understatement. You ruined my parents anniversary, if they don't make it to 18 years, I blame this establishment. At least I'll have two Christmas's. If I get a McDonald's gift card as a Christmas present, I will personally cut it up. read more

1. Who asks for extra salt on a big mac. 2. I wanted extra sauce and got less than a regular big mc. 3. I would have felt better if you did put salt on it but instead I got less everything. I ordered 2 triple cheese with extra cheese, I got one with extra cheese, one with absolutely zero cheese. With my 20 piece nugget they gave me 1 barbecue sauce. This is ridiculous!! Bad service. Drive in had cars all the way around the building. So I decided to pop inside. It was on Sunday 10-20-2019 3-4 pm. Stood and waited for five minutes to get waited on even know no other customers was there. Placed my order. Took 12 minutes to get it. No pop on the floor so has to ask for some from behind the counter. No Dr Pepper behind the counter either. Order taker acted like she did not want to do anything as well as not be there at all. Dont waste your time... by the time you get your food from the drive-thru... you could have drove to Mansfield and watched the new lion king..... they must have potato plants somewhere behind the building... it doesnt take this long to drop those frozen sticks in some oil... Fast food, friendly service. Store was clean, bathrooms were acceptable. It's McDonald's, what is there to say really?

Used the mobile order on the McDonalds app, thinking it would be faster than giving a family order at the speaker. I was wrong. I waited 20 minutes in line and when I finally got my order, it was messed up. Incorrect sandwiches, didn't put any gogurt in either of the kids meals I ordered, and also gave a nugget kids meal instead of a cheeseburger kids meal. Slow slow drive thru. Faster to go inside. Food is inconsistent. That said every one is very nice.

This is by far the best & busiest Mcds around. Not fond of the kiosks because it doesnt save any time. Double drive thru is much quicker.

This newly-remodeled McDonald's is very nice and tastefully done. I have a house in Marion and one north of Bucyrus and I look forward to stopping at this restaurant to get coffee and socialize with other patrons as I travel between my homes. I find this McDonald's is often especially busy due to the frequent visits by the faithful "locals" and its "on the way" path to/from Lake Erie area(s). In spite of all the activity the restaurant is always clean. The young "kids" who take care of my orders are always polite and courteous along with the various shift managers. David P. 50/50 chance .. nice modern building.. playland outside.. I normally get a messed up order in the drive through.. every time.. once I was heading out of town at noon for an appointment with my son.. he wanted a chicken sandwich no mayo.. it should have been hot and ready with a noon rush hour.. we were asked to pull forward and wait while car after car went by and got food.. about 15 minutes later a manager walked my bag out.. and smirked.. I said is there a problem with my chicken sir? he goes no why? I said I have never heard of any excuse that should take that long to serve me my food.. another time, I had 3 boys with me,, we each ordered breakfast going on a long trip out of town... as we drove off and got about 10 min down the road.. they were passing food around.. I said where's mine.. they said there isn't anything else.. they had skimped me on my two breakfast burritos.. its constantly like this..so if you go through Btown and hit the drive through..pullover and count each item upwrap and check.. .. sorry but true.. a hamburger is a hamburger.. all over the USA.. but when you have messed up orders.. it ruins the mood for awhile.. read more
