Danny who says is is the manager is absolutely the rudest person! O order or did order from there at least once a week for my family but I will never do that again! That's not the way we speak to our customers sir and all because my phone number was not up to date in your system. Has anyone else had trouble with Danny in Brewton Al. Food is always good, staff is friendly, and I like the old pictures of Brewton they have hanging in the entrance. The only thing I dislike is how they're basically situated on top of a ninety degree angled hill. They bathroom could also use updating. read more

Ordered a pizza online . Was the worst pizza I ever had. Raw dough, crappy toppings and when I called for a refund manager on duty have me hard time . Basically ignored my request. Who wants a in-store credit when u had to throw away a 24$ pizza. read more

Service - Waitress took 10 minutes to take our order, and yet charged us for an extra pizza that we didn't order. Plus she only checked on our drinks after we asked for a to-go-box, as well as being snappy and rude. 2. Lobby - If you love dining in pig pens, then look no further! This is the place for you! You'll be luck to find a table that is semi clean. 3. Bathrooms - For ladies I have no clue, but men... oh boy, men. If you want to know what is feels like to use the toilet in a prison with everyone watching you, then go here. The stall has no lock on it, leaving you starring at the next man to walk into the restroom! 4. The Cooks - If you like cooks playing "Butt Grab" with your waitress and them kissing in the kitchen, then dine here! Our waitress seriously made-out with our cook, while the cooks proceeded to rub and squeeze her butt over the food. AND THEN HE COOKED OUR FOOD! WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS!!!!!!! 5. Wrong Orders/Laziness - We order two stuff crusts, and they come back thin and crispy. We ask for new ones.... and hand tossed comes out. We ask for new ones again, and the waitress says "the cook doesn't feel like making stuff crust tonight, so this is what we have." A bunch of kids working here. Don't waste your time and money. You walk in and nobody acknowledges you til about 15 minutes later. They are listening to music and gossiping too much to do their jobs. Unprofessional and the pizza is mediocre. read more

Multiple times with wrong order or order not done after calling it in or placing online order. They do not have their Tuesday night buffet times published. Most places end theirs at 8 pm due to kids having ball games. Also have come in for lunch buffet in the past and they said they were stopping putting stuff out at 1 when it does not end too 1:30. read more

Yuck! Their new bread for regular pizzas tastes horrible, smells horrible, and is so gunky. It made everyone in my house sick. And when you go in to eat, the service is horrible! I get the same waiter every time and he actually rolls his eyes multiple times when you talk to him or ask him anything. He clearly does not want to be there. read more
