We are not complainers at all, however we did an online order and when we turned into the parking…read morelot and it told us our order was canceled so we decide to go in and ask them if they could make our order, and as soon as we open the door to the lobby at 10:40 (the lobby states on the door that it doesn't close until 11:00 or 12:00 i couldn't tell what it said on sunday) a lady from the back screams the lobby is closed! and we were just confused so we stood there for a second and she screamed again the lobby is closed guys get out of here. i've never heard someone at any restraunt yell at a customer like that! So we just leave. Not giving our money to a place like that. There were other customers who were walking in when we walked out and we told them they don't wanna go in there because the worker screamed so bad at us when we went in there. They told us that they experienced very rude behavior to them in the drive thru as well from the workers. I've been all across the country to many restraunts including McDonald's, and have never ever had this issue. This lady should not have a job speaking with people until she gets an anger management class. Once again, worst service ever... 100 % do not recommend.

She stated the line/head sets were "recorded" and all employees heard the same thing. I find this awkward as the last lady seemed very apologetic for the statements made. She said her district managers name was "X" and she already called him to let him know. unfortunately I'm not an idiot. I did a 2 second search found the other stores and found that the true district manager isn't "X" and it isn't a man. My name and number are sitting on those store managers desks and She will hopefully be calling me soon. Macomb is lost on small town fast food.
