No communication from the wait staff about the wait, no apologies; nothing. We had to go up twice to the counter to check on our order. They acted nonplussed, as if this was how things are supposed to be run and that we were the crazy ones. No one came to check on us after we got our drinks. Clearly, they were disorganized. When we finally got our pizza, and cut it ourselves, the pizza flopped down, causing all the toppings to slide off. That's not how a pizza is supposed to act if it's fully cooked. I've gone from telling everyone about this place to being reluctant to recommend. I have eaten here 4x in the past year, and every time I walk away disappointed. The chicken avocado sandwich used to be the bomb, but they have cut corners, and it's now just "ehhh". I tried two different paninis yesterday, and then both were pretty blah. I don't mind paying $13 for a sandwich if it's good, but the sandwiches here have lost their taste and pizzazz. It makes me sad because I used to really enjoy having lunch here.
