Very disappointed with this Pizza Hut location. I ordered a half super supreme and half cheese pizza. When I came by the said they were confused about it because it showed half cheese. I said yes I wanted a half cheese half super supreme. The said it may take time. I then saw them take a plain cooked cheese pie and put half of it with toppings and try to cook the toppings on top of a cooked pie. I waited with my 4 year old daughter for 15 more minutes in the store. My daughter need to go to the bathroom but it was locked. I asked for the key and the employee said someone is in there. I said I don't think so because I've waited 10 minutes and sitting to to the bathroom I never saw anyone go in there. She said it's locked so someone's in there. I made sure I knocked on door multiple times in front of the employee showing her that no one was in there. She chose to ignore me and pretend to help other people. What makes this even worse is my daughter is literally about to cry to go to the back room and yet the employee would not come and help. It wasn't until it walked up to the counter and said there's no one in the bathroom I'm knocking on the door and no one has answered my daughter need to go to the bathroom or she will go on your floor. That's when she finally got a key and opened the door. Mind you, she kept saying some one was in the bathroom, however when she opened the door for my daughter she didn't even knock. So with that I knew she knew no one was in the bathroom. When I got home I opened my pizza and it was a joke. The topping all fell off the pizza by their shenanigans of trying to cover up their mistake. I complained to corporate about the service my daughter was given and about the pizza. I don't like to complain about food in particular...anyone who knows me knows this about me. It takes a lot to get to that point. I ordered the stuffed crust pizza deal yesterday - I typically get the 2 large 1 toppings and upgrade them to stuffed crust. The pizza wasn't cooked very well, needed more time. And it wasn't cut properly (didn't help it wasn't cooked well). Literally had to tear it apart. I love pizza hut, particularly stuffed crust pizza because I LOVE cheese (no lie). But I'm done with this location. I've ordered stuffed crust pizzas 2x in the past, and they didn't come with the stuffed crust - what am I paying extra for...literally nothing. I don't like to complain, so I just let it go. But this will have to be the last time I order from this location. There are better, higher quality local pizza places to support. I hope someone from the franchise will see this note and make some improvements. If they do, I'll undoubtedly be back. read more

I wish I could give this place less than one star because they deserve ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I sent my husband to do carryout for my order with the name and order number. They gave him two pizzas that were completely different from my order. Attempted to call four times....busy tone and disconnected. Spoke to call center manager and she tried to cal...NOTHING. Husband went to the store. They want to give him pizzas that have been sitting there for last hour without an offer to remake them or refund of at least the tip I added. I requested curbside which is the reason for the tip. They never came out. My husband discovered that they take the phone off the hook and the manager is unavailable. Don't order pizza from here... once you place your order, they will not call you back or answer the phone. They'll try to deliver the pizza two hours late. Then The manager will call you and tell you that you have to accept it and that he's not giving you a refund. Once you refuse he'll tell you to call customer service.... then you'll reach a person that will give you a refund for food that you never received and apologies for the manager acting the way he did. There's plenty of other pizza places to call. read more

Pizza was good but don't go here unless you got time to wait. We ordered ahead before we left the house and still had to sit there and wait about 15-20 min after the girl said 5 min. And they think they slick for not cutting through the crust. read more

Good location and reliable service. Always used pickup service at counter. Took advantage of the $12 any large pie promotion. Fast in/out service when using the app. Pizzas presented/opened upon pickup to show what you purchased. Staff never smiles but the pizzas' and wings are good, food is hot and you're out of there in under 5 min. Somewhat amused to see KFC fries and food displayed on a shelf behind the counter when this should probably been hidden from customer's views. read more

One person cutting the pizza is not wearing gloves as he cuts the pizza and the he was rubbing his face. Lord knows what the people in the back are doing. Wont be back here again. awful service. 2.5 hours ago we placed an order. Delivery estimate was 35 minutes. After an hour, we called and they said they'd send a new one. 2.5 hours later still no order. I call and explain the situation - no apology- but rather am told they are busy (which is understandable) but after 2.5 hours I just want a refund since my Order is still not on the way. I'm told I can't have a refund because they're short staffed (unsure how that's relevant to a refund). I said it was unacceptable to keep people's money and not deliver an order. I opted for the contactless pick up. When I arrived the parking spots for contactless were filled and most people were using those spots to go in the restaurant. I parked in the back and hit the "I'm here" button. I waited for over 40 minutes. Several times calling the number on the email, not realizing it was a corporate number. Three times they transferred my call to the store...I would get a busy tone then get disconnected. The guy from corporate said I wouldn't get charged for the pizza, but I did. Corporate sent several messages to the manager, but no one came or called. I just want my money back for a pizza I never received plus tip. read more

They just recently opened and the service is horrible already. I ordered the Big Box dinner. They dropped off the box on the front porch and I didn't receive a text message until 10mins after it was delivered. By that time the food was already cold. Today at 11/26 at approximately 5:18pm we ordered a big dinner box, and it's now 8:00pm and STILL no order. We called twice and they told us they'll transfer us to the local location and both time it's busy. Finally the third try we got through. And what they told me was my order is still at the store, her reasoning is that they're are short staff!!! So why not call me and let me know they're short and give me the option to pick up? Or just call me and let me know their will be a long wait time. At the end of the day, I paid right away, you took my money right away. I ordered from here a couple times. It seems as if they do not have enough staff. Pizza Hut upped their prices on pizza, so I was paying extra for my pan pizzas I ordered. Got home and saw that they made them hand tossed instead. Whatever I guess. Another time I went, there was a line outside the door, the place is small so it makes sense but there were a lot of people trying their best to remain patient. We only saw two workers. One was making the pizza while the other made the pizza and tried to work the counter during what looked like the busiest hours ever. Horrible service and pizza, went there yesterday the app said the order was ready, then was told it would be ready in 20 min, had to wait more then 30 min for my order. We haven't had Pizza Hut in such a long time and when we drove by one on route 35 we were so excited and looking forward to having it on Friday. I'm Not normally the person who would do reviews but... It took two hours to get, obviously it was cold and the box was opened upon delivery, the driver shared that she witnessed the worker who was preparing our order picking his nose, handling money, then handling our food and boxing up our order prior to giving it to her to deliver to our address. read more

This place is an absolute joke. Manager is in the back talking about the person making the pizza taking a shit. Why would I ever want that pizza after hearing that ??? Order placed at 6:22 saying it would be ready in about 55 mins. I go to pick it up thinking it's be ready, nope. I'm order number 129 & they're on order 116. The girl in the front has absolutely no clue what she's doing or what she's talking about. I was told the pizza would be ready "in a few minutes". No problem, I don't mind waiting. But after hearing the clueless girl talking complete bullshit to another guest I realized it wouldn't be just a couple of minutes. I decided to cancel my order. 10 minutes later I get a call from the store asking me if I still want my pizza and that they have a very long wait time. I cancelled my order in person to the woman that called me???? Shouldn't she be aware of that??? This place is an embarrassment & should definitely be restaffed. read more
